“very impressed . already recommened to friends”

we were quite pleased with our room. Our room was very clean and I loved that we had an end room with two large windows!. Everyone was extrememly nice and helpful, The only thing I would recommend is putting a light soft blanket in the room. We were not cold at all but I just like a blanket on my bed. I have recommend to my friends your hotel and plan on coming back. We have friends that live five minutes from the hotel so now we know we can visit more often since we live 2 hours away. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

“Striving for excellence”

The Quality Inn was renovated a few years ago and has made its rooms quite attractive. My room was simply, but very comfortably furnished and quite clean. Really good bed with a lovely comforter (instead of those cheesy blankets), great pillows for a sensitive neck. Nice touches. Desk staff were warm and very capable. A hearty complimentary breakfast that included eggs and sausage as well as the usual items in a continental breakfast. This is an excellent value for the price.

“Awesome Hotel”

The decor was very nice and didn't look like a 2.5 star hotel at all. Check in was less than 5 minutes and the staffs were friendly. They offer toothbrush, toothpaste, mouth wash etc. at the lobby. Everything was pretty much complimentary. I booked two rooms and they were right next to each other with doors in the interior that connects the two rooms. The rooms were clean except I got bitten by a mosquito during the night which I wasn't too happy with. Complimentary breakfast starts from 6-9:30 but they don't put anything away until 10:30 so there is no rush but if you want to make your own waffle then you need to get up earlier. The breakfast consist of waffle, muffins, bagel, toast, cereal, egg and sausage. There were coffee, milk, and a variety of juices. It wasn't the best breakfast I had but it was enough to satisfy my hunger. I would stay there again :)

“Would stay there again”

A good mid-range hotel. Clean, staff was eager to please, common areas were a bit hot (high heat of summer) but AC in the room worked fine. Some rooms have balconies, handy for a smoker traveling with non-smokers. Continental breakfast had a decent selection of food - enough to fill up on without having to make a 2nd stop to eat.

Quality Inn staff was very helppful in giving us a different room when the AC in the first room was not working.

“ADA Glitch”

Entrance to hotel was NOT ADA friendly. Ramp was around the side of the hotel and one had to enter through the bar. Curb cut was also not in front of the hotel.

“Needs improvement”

Improvement is needed before I stay here again. I've stayed in hotels that have been half the price and twice as clean. The carpet in hallways did not get vacuumed from Friday evening through Sunday morning when I departed. There was a thick layer of dust on top of the TV. They need to have better housekeeping services before I go back. It's sad because there are not many hotels in the city of Lebanon.

“Disappointed”

Room was a smoking room, requested non-smoking but none were available. Pool was cloudy. Bathroom had dirty cloths in shower. Room was dusty, and appeared to not have been stayed in for a while. Maid services never came the second day of stay. Room was run down, not well maintained. When front desk was advised, there was no appalogy or reimbursement given, he just checked us out.

“I'd skip this one.”

My room was at the end of the hall and had the strangest entrance I've ever seen. There was one door on the left that had two doors after it in the space of a closet that had two suite rooms. The bathroom was extremely small, but the closet was huge. A definite lack of planning in building this one. Some (not all) of the hotel workers seemed disinterested in helping me. I would skip this one.
