The checkin staff were efficient and friendly even though a group of 25 12-13 year olds arrived right before us. Our room was exceptional and the best free breakfast we have had.

clean and comfortable breakfast was fresh and great,never ran out. easy to find and quiet, even had a dehumidifier for people not used to Florida heat. right down the street from walmart, and many restaurants

The Inn was very clean and pleasant. There was a nice variety in the breakfast from day to day. The staff was very helpful with everything from book repair (I needed tape) to directions to nearby attractions like swimming with manatees. It is out of the city proper and quiet. The pool was well maintained and a pleasant place to wind down in the evening.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was nice. Better than just a continental breakfast. Something a little different each morning. On the outskirts of town, so very quiet. Only problem we had was being billed twice (once from expedia and once from the hotel) for the room at check-in when our credit card was presented for a security deposit. I called three days after we returned home and there was a very helpful woman during the daytime who fixed the problem.

“another bike heaven hotel”

this is very new and the service at desk was wonderful. Hotel is on main road that takes you to the bike trail ride about 15 min to get to. Hotel let us stay on first floor for the convenice of keep bike in room for safe keeping. We did stay for 2 days and really like the surroundings of the hotel. not walking distance to anything but at least driving to either end of area is good. simple breakfast buffet is very good choices to offer of variety of stuff and plenty of drinks choices.

We stayed in this hotel for 6 nights and were extremely pleased with the friendly staff, cleanliness of the hotel, and the breakfasts were very good.

It's been a long time coming, but Inverness can finally boast a nice hotel. This is a nice property and I don't have any complaints about it. Will definitely stay here again when in town.

The room was on the small size, but we managed just fine. Brought us up a cot for the granddaughter since she didn't want to share with Mom. Breakfast was good and asked for later check out and was granted one. Employees were wonderful.

the staff was extremely accomodating (I had a problem with my first room, they fixed it immediately), the rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast was a nice added touch and there was in-room delivery from the local pizzeria. Can't beat it for the price!.
