Such a Lovely Beautiful Hotel and very cozy comfortable. The Staff Team are very kind friendly hard working people that go above and beyond for Their guests. They treat everyone with respect, they are genuinely caring and very hospitable. I Love it here. The rooms are always clean, safe and peaceful. Nicestt most professional people that I have met here. The Dining room always smells delicious with their scrumptious breakfasts and very yummy and satisfying. Best coffee and tea all day and night. The location is perfect if you need to travel or go shopping in town. Housekeeping are beautiful nice friendly hard working people that take care of all of Your needs. I loved my room. It was clearly just renovated. I have stayed here before and allways enjoyed my stay. The room was absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have breakfast but it is very good I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I wouldn't recommend this for traveling. It appears to have many who "live" there as opposed to travelers. Just my opinion, but when that happens there is a lack of respect for other people just passing thru. If you upgraded your environment to be more traveler friendly instead of a place for the homeless people would feel more comfortable there. The state needs to start taking responsibility for our homeless population, not local hotels. Just my thoughts. Have a great day.

comfortable beds, fresh smell, good fridge & TV, WiFi, would have been nice to have more seating space in the room, e.g., a small sofa. Plentiful breakfast although when we arrived at 8 pm all tables were occupied and the scrambled eggs were gone - they appeared again when we were on our way out. Kind staff, easy parking. Would stay there again.

Please people stay away from this hotel I found bedbugs on both of the beds room 221 got bites all over my body also my kids got bites, wasn't even offer a refund or some type of discounts.

You get what you pay for…
Unfortunately, this wasn’t great. The room was clean and the front desk staff was friendly and professional. That’s the end of the “good”. I’m 6’10” and couldn’t stand up fully in the hallways or restroom. Our heater/AC unit did not function or adjust. The faucet in the bathroom was broken and the water could not be adjusted hot or cold.

The rooms were nice they could have smelled a little cleaner they had a small smell of mold I think when you walked into the room you have to just keep the air conditioning on and the buffet was very good there were choices to make for food

It was easy to get to and there were things to do in the surrounding area. We had two rooms. One king and one with two queens. When we walked into the first king room there was such an intense odor of mold in the room. We told the staff and they switched us to a different King size room. Both the second king room and the double Queen had a weird and gross smell in the rooms. But I didn’t even waste my breath to complain the second time because if two separate rooms had the same smell I assumed they all smelled like that. The hotel appears to be a place where drug addicts go. It wasn’t just the visible appearance of some of the people that made us think that. On the Second day someone tried to see if my husband wanted to buy drugs. Honestly would not recommend or go back

I wouldn’t ever stay at this establishment again. Messed up our reservation and only gave us a room with one bed when we had requested two queen size beds. There was an event going on that night and the music was blasting well past midnight. The room smelled of mold, and, the concierge was unfriendly. Had to contact the main desk twice.

I'm pretty sure there are people actually living on the lower level of the hotel. What seemed to be addicts were outside everyday in the front of the hotel. The carpets were buckled from moisture and the keys did not work most of the time. The view from the room was the molding structure of the building and the green outdoor pool. It was what it was for the price point. It was clean enough to be a place to sleep but just barely.
