We booked this hotel for a 3 night stay for myself, husband and son. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by Mark who could not do enough to make our stay a comfortable and pleasant one. We had booked a quad room and we were very pleasantly surprised to find that we had upgraded us to two seperate bedrooms + a seperate bathroom and another seperate toilet which was ideal. The rooms were large and airy and the beds comfortable. Everything was fresh and clean - loved having mugs rather than little cups you usually get in hotels and the Yorkshire T bags and yummy cookies were a nice touch. Both rooms had TV too. The purpose of our visit was to visit local relatives and so the pub became our base for the weekend. Again, all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to provide everything that we asked for. We ate and drank in the pub several times and the food was typical pub fare but tasty and good value for money. The breakfast was included and that also was good. I would definitely not hesitate in recommending this hotel and look forward to coming back soon.

Very nice hotel, very nice surroundings and locating in an excellent area being only a 15 minute bus ride from Leeds City centre, the staff were very friendly and the room was of good quality for a standard room, also the breakfast was very good, we would definitely use this hotel again.

Staff really helpful. Facilities were great. Really enjoyed the entertainment in the Tavern on Saturday Evening.
Cannot fault our stay in any way. Very convenient hotel for shopping in Leeds- only £7.50 taxi fare in to the centre. Beautiful hotel grounds made even more special by seeing deer in them at night! Great to have a choice of places to eat and all were very reasonably priced. Will certainly be back again.
