first it was affordable - first time i have used expedia. wish there was more than 4 pieces of kleenix in box and that there was a listing of TV stations. suggest that the remote
have cover on back and not have the bare batteries showing.
The beds were comfortable and the showers had hot water. My only complaint is that I had to ask for maid service. I stayed for about two weeks and I don’t think I would have gotten clean towels and more toilet paper if I hadn’t asked.
Room had roaches did not get the room we booked because we had a small dog and I even called the hotel 2 times just to make sure they was going to have the right room with dog available wanted a kid got 2 beds
Not the cleanest hotel, not the worse either. Nothing is updated. The breakfast options are horrible. I'd suggest spending another $10-$20/ night at a better hotel.
I stay overnight with my pets because of work being done at my home. It reflected being a pet friendly hotel but didn’t disclose in the website there was additional charge per pet. It stated a smoke free environment, but there was a stale smoke aroma in the hallway. The breakfast was very minimal and personnel wasn’t very friendly.
The stay was not what the website on hotels.com said it would be. Service was terrible and communication. Wires were hanging in the rooms . We paid for Suites which include (2) queen size beds and a couch. Only (1) suite had a couch. They attempted to compensate with a folding chair instead of moving us to another suite or room and giving us a refund for the difference. The linen was dirty, bathrooms were cleaned by us . We were there Saturday Dec. 30-Jan 2nd 2023. Due to recent holiday weekend we had no other place to go. There were no phones in the rooms for emergencies and the food was horrible .I would never send any of my clients or staff to this hotel again and will never recommend any other nonforprofit organizations doing business with Quality Inn Suites.
This was a last minute stay at the cost it provided. There wasn’t a clock on the nightstand for us to refer to in the middle of the night. No comfortable chair to sit in while watching tv but other than that, it was ok.
I DIDNT LIKE BEING UNABLE TO CHECK IN BRFORE 3PM. IFELT SHURLY THEY COULD HAVE FOUND 1 ROOM FOR ME. THE COFFEE WAS VERY WEAK LIKE COLORED WATER. THE SHOWER HAD NO SHELFS TO HOLD SOAP OR SHAMPOO.

3 of 4 days did not have daily maid service
shower massage head made lots of noise but did not deliver any massage capabilities
This was the worst of my stays, the shower water would only come out in drips, there was candy bar wrappers left in my dresser drawers, my door wouldn’t lock after the first time scanning my hotel card. It never locked again so someone could have just walked in my room. The pool room was freezing & that’s a big bonus on why we booked the room with this hotel. I would LOVE for someone to reach out to me. This was not a pleasure stay.
Terrible experience. We had to wait 20 minutes for the CSR to come to the front desk. There was a sign with a phone number to call get service at 3pm for check-in. No apologies or explanation.
Room was disgustingly dirty. Bathroom was disappointing as the tile needed replaced.
At 1am, we were woken up to the fire alarm.
Choice hotels should be embarrassed and get rid of this property.

The staff was polite and helpful, main lobby and general surrounding area was clean, but the Room was a different situation, toilet seat was not screwed, it was just laying on top of the toilet. No Iron in the room, had to request it form main desk. very motel6ish.

When I arrived for check-In men were hanging out around front door with radio smoking and playing music. Room was not in the best of shape. Rooms are old and run down looking
