Todo excelente menos......
El personal del front desk excelente. La señora que limpia los baños y ventana muy buena. El ùnico inconveniente fue la que habìa limpiado el cuarto antes de nosotros llegar hizo un trabajo pèsimo. No nos dimos cuenta hasta de noche, cuando mi esposo rodò una de las butacas debajo de la mesa se encontrò una toalla sanitaria, que asco. Luego cotejamos debajo de las cortinas habìa basura.

The property was pretty typical for a Hampton Inn. Only complaint is the road noise starting about 430 am. Better quality windows (impact) would help that alot

We are Hilton Honors members and always stay at Hilton properties. We arrived a few minutes after 3:00 (check in time) and our room wasn’t ready. We were told 20 minutes. I asked where the hotel bar was and there wasn’t one and told to go down the road to the nearest bar. We opted to stay in the lobby and wait as we watched people come in after us check in. At 3:45 my fiancé went to the desk and asked about our room as I needed to get ready. We were told that our room “has been ready” - as we sat 6 feet away from the desk clearly waiting for our room. I’ve NEVER had a room not be ready upon arrival. Needless to say it was a domino effect causing us to be late to our event. Will never stay at a Hampton Inn again.

It just didn't seem up to Hampton Inn quality. Room was musty. Front desk staff friendly but charged my debit card twice for the reservation and I am still waiting for the second charge to be removed from my account. They did offer me a $50 rebate on the reservation. And said that they were anticipating that the second charge will be removed. Said their debit machine was not working. Ugh!

The property is, in a word, average. The absence of any beer or other alcohol for sale in the lobby "store" and absence of any worthwhile food there as well means any evening stay will require getting back in a vehicle and traveling to an alternate location; nothing walkable is close. The breakfast and coffee area in the morning is a nice feature, but the seating is somewhat off and limited.

The hotel room was dirty. The floors were dirty everywhere in the hotel. All the floors were slippery and not because of water but they were very greasy.

Don't advertise a specialty service (pet friendly)when in fact it is not. Animals are animals and they shouldn't be expected not to bark when disturbed or provoked. This staff obviously didn't understand the pet friendly policy and asked my wife to leave after one incident that wasn't even proven. I was told there will be a full refund and we will not stay at another Hilton property going forward.
