Nice room and reasonable price

Pros: King size bed was extremely comfortable. Nicely appointed room, very inviting and beautifully furnished.
Location: Leesburg outlet mall, Dulles airport
Very nice room - and a great price. Would definitely recommend and will likely stay again soon.

Great Location, but Somewhat Rundown

Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Desperately in need of furniture replacement and upgrade.
My room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was clean and functional - hot water was instant and plentiful. Furniture was in poor condition and some pieces were actually broken. Cabinetry was old and in need of replacement. Bed and linen were fine and comfortable. The place is in need of refurbishing and upgrades.

Pros: Location to Leesburg INOVA Loudin Hospital
Our stay was short and acceptable. We were only in the hotel late at night to sleep and therefore didn't utilize the many amenities offered.

Needs some upgrade!

Restaurant, lobby, and gym look good. Rooms and bathroom look too dark and a little upgrade for the price would be great.

Night at Carradoc

Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The stairs needing cleaning. The hall smelled musty.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Our first impression entering the hallway to our room was negative. The stairs needed cleaning and the hall had a musty odor. The room itself had clearly been recently updated and was comfortable and attractive. There were a few minor maintenance issues such as a toilet handle that wouldn't return to off position unless manually moved. Entrance to the motel is difficult if you are coming from Leesburg. The continental breakfast was fine, but the restaurant could use some updating.

Close to lots of things to see.

Location: Many Civil War sites, Shenandoah Natl. Park, DC, Annapolis Naval Academy
Front desk staff were very nice and helpful, rooms were in tip top shape. Only issue we had was hotel restaurant was not open and prepared for breakfast. Restaurant was scheduled for a 6:30 opening and no one was there to seat us, we had to walk back into the kitchen to find someone. We were then seated, but then no one came for a long time to give us a menu or take an order. We finally left without being served.

This hotel is in a good location and is managed well. The rooms are hit and miss - meaning: I've stayed there often enough to know that they are not all the same. This time my room had broken titles in the bathroom, which is unacceptable. One a positive note, the restaurant has great Indian food.
