Perfect location for Leesburg outlet shoppingPosted Oct 16, 2013
Pros: Room had every amenity you could ask for. The hotel has a free dinner with wine and beer, that was impressive and a competitive advantage.
Just stayed for one night for shopping and a tour of the wine country. Wow Loudoun county is gorgeous!

Comfortable SuitePosted Dec 2, 2012
I will look for and stay in Homewood Suites' properties again. The room was comfortable, a staff person helped us figure out which nearby wineries to visit, and the breakfast was decent. The in-room coffee was not good. I don't know whether the problem was the water, the coffee grind, or the coffeemaker. The coffee in the lobby's breakfast area was fine.

Nice hotelPosted Nov 28, 2012
Pros: Room was comfortable and well appointed.
Location: Close to Leesburg business areas, a short distance from historic downtown.
Close to Leesburg business district, we found the hotel comfortable and well priced. Especially liked the living room area within the suite - added comfort for a prolonged stay.

Great place for a girlfriend get-awayPosted Aug 21, 2012 on Hotels.com
The stay at Homewood Suites for me and my three best friends from high school was just terrific. We enjoyed a spa, did major pocketbook damage shopping in downtown Leesburg and the Premier Outlet Mall, reveled in meals at several wonderful restaurants. Lounging around the pool was relaxing, as was the girl talk. The only disappointment was because of misinformation from Hotels.com. We had asked for "Connecting Queen rooms," which Hotels.com assured me were available--twice! Homewood Suites does not have Connecting Queens in Leesburg, only Kings. Of course, by the time we arrived, there were no Connecting Kings. The Hotel graciously adjusted our reservation so that we were in side-by-side rooms; the staff were very understanding. But it was still disappointing--and inconvenient to scoot next door when we were in our jammies!

I had booked two rooms with Hotels.com. There was a note added to make sure 2 rooms were adjoining. When we got to hotel, they said they do not get information from hotels.com and they could not meet that request. Staff was annoyed that we had that request and that he had to try to put our 2 rooms close together. Very unfriendly at the front desk, but room was very nice.
