Staff did a nice job remedying a situation... Our first night was not restful as the people in the room next door did not stop making noise till after 1 a.m. We contacted the front desk at 12:15 a.m., but there was no remedy at that time.
The next morning, however, after raising this concern via Expedia at 12:45 a.m., the situation was remedied. We were provided a room away from the "party people" and also an upgrade in the process. The day staff did a very nice job to make sure that the one bad night would not put a damper on the rest of our stay.
