Super active retirement community with beautiful hotel set 2 blocks from town Sq. Very friendly helpful staff and ultra clean. Fun music nightly

Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants.

Pros: The Lobby Host was very gracious and helpful in giving directions to locations within the Square as well as off premises.
Cons: Breakfast menu was limited. Beds, mattresses were too high off the floor.
Location: The Square offered nightly activities. The streets were well lighted. Not much noise after 10PM.
Impressive looking building, cozy atmosphere. Disneyesque styles of buildings, shops.

The was no one to handle our baggage at check in. Eventhough we only stayed two days, we had a lot of luggage due to traveling and cruises. It was very inconvenient. There was some one at check out--- had no idea there was a bellman.

Comfortable stay

room and staff were great, had maint. crew with leaf blowers working before 6am, not good. Told staff about it I don't think they were aware of it. Everyone was very friendly and cooperative. This my third stay at this hotel in 4 years, it hasn't changed at all.

Great Location

Pros: Location
Cons: More options for breakfast. Restaurant area very small.
Location: Dining,shopping,entertainment and golfing .
We stayed here for two nights. The room was nice,updated and comfortable. Had a nice balcony with rocking chairs. The only negative thing ,I would say is there was only the option of a buffet for breakfast. I have food allergies,so there was very little for me to eat. Just walked to grocery store for the next morning breakfast. Great location ! Many restaurants,shopping and entertainment all within walking distance.

First year at Villages

Front staff, bellmen,and room maids were wonderful. Did not like being asked on 2 different occasions to leave a table because the table we were having a drink at was reserved for a dinner reservation,embarrassing, walking out of there. You need more space than just the bar to have a drink. Others who also had to sit in the lobby to finish their drink also commented on not being happy about it.Our stay otherwise was satisfying. Thank You

No privacy
