This hotel is excellent for a couple of nights get away They give you all the amenities that the website promises. It is clean and the staff go out of their way to accomodate. We love it and have no complaints.

Area is great. Large group of adults and teen age boys about 25 people. Nearby the hotel all walkable a lot of choices. Like being in downtown Disney but not Disney. The hotel staff very nice friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is frozen in time and needs badly new beds and pillows for comfort. Room bathroom clean including the shower. The rooms carpet gross and seemed old and outdated. We loved room had mini fridge and microwave. A lot of charging in room electronic options. However beyond inside of room not obvious to be able to charge. They had no breakfast period for our needs or seemed at all. That is disappointing with kids. Overall the hotel needs a deep dive up to date overhaul. It does feel dark and older than it likely is. Overpriced for the quality.

This hotel needs a major renovation. The elevators are very very slow. There’s a restaurant onsite, no breakfast or lunch is available. The first day our towels smelled very musty. The soap & shampoo offered I believe was watered down because it took too much to lather up. There was 2 shower heads (nice) but very high pressure. They sprayed everywhere. My husband worked out and the equipment was very old. Also, the pool and it was full of tree stuff. Bottom of pool was very rough and needs an update. For $200 a night, it did not impress us at all and will never return.

Very disappointing! Shower head in poor condition and tub did not drain!! Only get house keeping if you ask for it! But didn’t know this until we got back exhausted from a long day house-hunting. and mattress was just mediocre, Go someplace else!

Terrible parking conditions. No restriction on parking or attendant to stop area restaurant and entertainment parking. Would be Nice to get a bottle of water in your room. Room blinds not able to block parking lot lights .Stayed at much better hotels in area.

Overall it was a good experience. The negatives I have are the blinds don’t keep out the light at night and the fan doesn’t run all night on the AC to give me that “white noise.”

Hotel is dated needs a makeover no continental breakfast coffee barely garbage by pools were always filled lounge chairs at pool, uncomfortable no Pickle Ball courts restaurant is not open enough to get any type of food. Otherwise it was a fair place to stay not crazy about it. I wouldn’t go back.

Property was fine. The room we were assigned wasn’t what I had booked and staff was unable to find us a matching room. The room had two queen beds instead of the one king I had booked.

Knowingl next to nothing about the Waterfont Inn, we chose it for our stay for its location, specifically, to be near the friends we were visiting. That worked out very well. The surprise was how much more we got. The hotel was meticulously clean and decor was welcoming and tasteful. Restaurants, shops, and entertainment were but steps away -a real plus for us as we don’t drive at night. Overall, a great stay!

All staff are wonderful and took good care of us. It is peaceful and scenic with a lot to do within walking distance. The rooms are spotless the beds are comfortable. The reservation desk works with you if you wish to extend the pool is heated unlike other places that boast a heated pool and when you get there it isn't. We extended 2 times. Outside is beautifully landscaped. The Jacuzzi is clean amd working. We have been here 3 times in 2 yrs love it.

its a nice hotel, but they need to change the windows blinds, it's impossible to sleep. and i found a caroche in the room. and dont accept room 114, when the cars goes on the street front to the room window flash it the room.
