Stayed two nights while attending a family reunion in the Villages. Very nice property.

Wonderful place to stay. Especially the Lakeview. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We are a family of 4 that stayed in a 2 queen bed room with balcony facing the lake on 3rd floor. Room was clean and very comfortable. Linens and bed were plush and fresh. Hotel is located very close to one of the town squares were we visited family, ate dinner, and watched a live band. There are cute little shops along the square that offer plenty of variety. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool while we relaxed with a view of the lake. Our package included the breakfast buffet. Plenty of choices were on the buffet to please everyone's appetite.

Hotel is very convenient if you are visiting The Villages which has representatives in the lobby of the hotel which can provide information on the Villages and make arrangements for Trolley tours which we highly recommend to get an overall idea of the facilities available.

They need valet parking. The staff was exceptional! We stayed the weekend, and it was a great location.

Most of the stay was very nice. We had issues with our maid service. the first day she left the trash in our room. The second and third days no toilet paper was let and a clean bath mat was not left. Small but important items. Overall, service was very good. the front desk was very helpful when needed. The food service and quality of food was very good. Overall, it was a very nice stay and would recommend it to anyone.
