“Hotel for dogs”
This is a wonderful hotel if you are bringing a pet , and dropping it off. Do not plan on getting any sleep here. The barking dogs are okay with hotel staff, no matter what hour of the day. They wanted me to wander the halls and floors of the hotel to identify where the barking was coming from, not that they were able to check guests for dogs. Once the maid and I found the room, they told me there was nothing they could do. On the second day when the dog started barking again, I found out they never even notified the people there had even been an issue. By the 3rd day, I called the 1 800 # for Marriott, they happily connected me to the front desk. Gee, I already been there in person and got no results, so they were no help either. AWFUL service. They could have moved the people. They didn't . horrible service. I visit the villages often, there are many more hotels. This was the most expensive one. What a mistake.

“Below Expectations for a Marriott”
Seemed like an old, tired hotel but still, it was well maintained overall. Our biggest complaint was the heavy smell of mildew in the bathroom. We had to close it off to get any relief in the room. I'm confident they will take care of the problem but I was surprised it was there at all. \ We didn't feel the price matched the accommodations especially owing to the location in a fairly exclusive place.

The location was the best for my stay. Restaurants close by and nightly entertainment in the square was greatly enjoyed. Loved their breakfast. The swmming area was very nice and a great place to relax and get some sun!

Don't hesitate to book here particularly if you get a reduced rate.
“Great Value in Central Florida”
The room was a great value in Central FL at a time when it is HIGH SEASON. Everything was clean and in working order. The only shabby thing was the hallway carpet which looked in bad need of replacement. The rest of the hotel looked brand new or at least refurbished. Maybe this carpet was the last to be replaced. Staff was most pleasant and we really enjoyed staying. Even entertained guests with dessert for Valentines Day.

WE ENJOYED THE SURROUNDINGS AND THE DAILY ACTIVITIES IN THE IMMEDIATE AREA. LOCAL SHOPS ARE SO ACCESSIBLE. YOUNG AND OLD ALIKE WILL LOVE THIS LOCATION. GREAT CHOICE.
