“IHOP Next Door - Yummy!”

Very responsive - not in a tourist location, but it was near The Villages, a retirement community in FL where my father lives, and much cheaper than staying there. Convenient to 75 too!

“We will stay here again”

This is probably the best motel in this area of Wildwood, Florida. It is a truck stop area, but we did not notice truck traffic because it is located farther away from Interstate 75 than most of the other motels. The motel itself is attached to an IHOP, so that is convenient. My husband and I found that this motel has all the conveniences of a higher priced place, only in a lower key. There is a nice pool, and we had a refrigerator and a microwave and hair dryer in our room. The most recent owner is updating the rooms by adding new beds and fresh paint. Our room was cleaned daily by the friendly and helpful staff and we had fresh towels every day. If you want a vacation resort setting this may not be for you, but if you want a good place to sleep stay at Wildwood Inn.

The inn has been renovated, and was surprisingly clean. Not Bused. Next to truck stop so a little noisy but overall ok.

“Not a bad hotel but in need of renovation!!”

The hotel stay was not bad, price was reasonable and the staff was friendly although the room and bathroom look like they need to be renovated and tv set was kind of old fashioned but cable service was outstanding. The hotel has an Ihop restaurant conveniently located next to the hotel and a $5.00 discount per day was given towards any meal at the restaurant. This Hotel was close to a major truck stop area and traffic was not bad at all even considering there was a big motorcycle event 15 miles away and a truck show next door. I was staying at the opposite side of the truck show and the noise was kept to minimum at least it did not disturb me.

Right beside a truck plaza, so trucks running all night. Air conditioner fan helped quiet some. rooms were somewhat clean, but old outdated carpet. No breakfast.

“Needs Updating Badly”

Hotel was old and it showed. Needs updating. The only thing that looked fairly new was the mattresses. This place looked that bad that I checked for bed bugs as soon as I arrived in the room. We had 4 of us in the room and there was only towels for 2, so I had to request more. I would not go back because it definitely was not up to my standards. The hotel staff was friendly though and the pool looked nice but we didn't stay long enough to use it.
