Great Bed and BreakfastPosted Apr 19, 2014
Pros: Helpful staff, comfortable accomodations.
We had only stayed at one other bed and breakfast and didn't know what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised to find the staff warm and friendly and the accomodations clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to insure their guests were well taken care of and that they enjoyed their stay. I would highly recommend this bed and breakfast and plan to return.

exceptional service in hotel and in restaurant, friendly, welcoming, attentive, generous. almost every convenient, comfortable amenity that we expected (a phone book would have been nice for those of us who don't like to use an electronic device for all research). we'd like to come back...

Comfy room in comfy environment; excellent breakfast (6 to 8 a.m.) got us off to an early start; nice change from chain hotels.

We look forward to visiting/dining often!Posted Apr 5, 2013 on Hotels.com
While initially we were hesitant about our upcoming military move, The Booker-Lewis House left a warm and welcoming impression! The House is layed out amongst several historical building and invites you to relax and take in the love and hospitality of the south. My hubby and I are 20+ year Army veterans, so we have uprooted and had to learn our new stations culture countless times. The staff was readily available to assist. The food was AMAZING! A little pricey but well worth the delectable cuisine. Complimentary breakfast with our stay was an enjoyable way to chat, hear about the local happenings, and eat award winning cusine. The room was cozy and had current amenities (great wi-fi and flat screen). The house felt like your favorite aunt's house with every home ammenity (laundry, microwave, frig, family room, dining room). The location was perfect for us (minutes from realtor's office and retail stores). Overall, while the high end hotels have a way at tugging at your purse strings, The Booker-Lewis Inn will tug at your heart....

I come through Leesville every 4 weeks - it's fun to try out new hotels for an overnight stay. Great southern architecture and hospitality.

Attentive staff and comfortable room. The hotel was a good value and the service went above and beyond.
lovely old housePosted Nov 20, 2012 on Hotels.com
It is a set of homes built around 1920. The rooms are nice but the bed made noise when you moved. It made sleeping difficult since we are both light sleepers. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast. You could chose anything on the breakfast menu and it was included with the room. The restaurant is in a different house but is only a short walk. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
