Check in seemed long. They needed all my info even though I used Hotels.com. I was given keys to a room that had not been cleaned at all. It looked like someone might have still be staying in it. I go back to the front desk and they switched my rooms. When I tried to use my room key this time it did not work. I was then informed that most of the rooms on the first floor, the key pads were not working. Had to be let into my room anytime

I booked a Jacuzzi room and when i got to hotel to check in i was not moved to another room nor was i offered a discount. i was put in the jacuzzi room and was told i could not use the jacuzzi. The room also smelled bad. My remote did not work and all i was offered was batteries.

Inoperable Rooms
The hallway on the 4th floor felt like a sauna. Our key fob didn’t work the entire stay we had to be inconvenienced by asking front desk to let us in each time. The night clerk tried to accommodate by allowing a late check out but the morning receptionist told us he didn’t have the authority and that it would cost us for a late checkout.

Room was not clean. They left the coffee pot with coffee in the bathroom. Room smelled terrible. Check in was terrible super slow, many requirements and no empathy as we were checking in at 2 am in the morning

Room had a moldy smell. The water was only warm would not not even steam up the mirror. Told the front desk but the girl didnt seem to care said she would tell maintenance. she did not even offer to move me to another room. the wall paper in the bathroom was peeling off and looks like mold under it. No elevator inspection posted anywhere and looks like someone damaged the emergency speakers in the elevator. I stayed here 8 months ago and it was way better. not sure what changed in that time. I was so very disappointed. there ar limited hotels and I am a hilton honors member but I will have to try the holiday inn next time.

Internet had a lot of latency causing slow page load. Free internet is 5mbps, but latency kept pages from quickly loading. One pillow has a strong perfume smell.

Staff was overall very friendly, but repeatedly lacked familiarity with the computer system to address basic questions. Tried to switch our room and charge us again for pet deposit. Eventually threatened to leave if they did so. They let us stay in the same, but it shouldn’t have come to that. Would select a different property if we returned to the area.

The staff were amazing,but the carpets need to be cleaned, a lot of stains. The decor in my room was very cute, but there was a lot of dust, I'm not sure if it had been a while since they booked the room I was in or what but there was dust in cracks and on the plant decor. Very comfortable beds, just a little more attention to detail in the cleaning department.

The first room we were assigned the AC was broke and the Fridge was broke. The second room they gave us was ok there were burnt lights and we had to go from the first floor to the second floor to get Ice. By the way I'm handicapped. The exit door by our room was broken and wouldn't open with the key. You had to prop it open with a rug. We were not very impressed and won't stay there again. Only had one clerk at the desk working and no one else. 😟

Although the lobby is pretty. The furniture needs cleaning with stains . deep cleaning in corners and on moldings is also needed. We came in for a wedding and picked this hotel mainly for the outdoor pool as there is nothing to do in this remote area. With an 11 year old I figured fun pool, days and family fun nights. The pool was closed for the season. It was 85 degrees throughout or stay and besides the wedding we had only to stay in the room and watch tv.

Lies about breakfast.
Breakfast is a JOKE! A bagel and bottle of water. It’s a LIE to advertise that your stay includes breakfast. I will NEVER stay at Hampton Inn again. Liars!

There was black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, the desk attendant got an attitude when i mentioned I had my Service Dog with me, all the external access doors wouldnt unlock with key card so we had to walk around the whole building and use the front door. The breakfast, that Hampton Inns are known for was non existent, all they had was a brown bag, unripe orange dry bagel and bottle of water. For $150 a night this was extremely disappointing.
