“A great little hotel in a fabulous little Greek village”

This is a small,clean and unsophisticated Greek hotel. It has a lovely pool and a good breakfast is served on a teerrace overlooking this. The staff are friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our second visit even more than the first. If you are looking for luxury -this isn't for you but if you want a simple, great value for money hotel, in one of the prettiest greek villages where the greek visitors outnumber the rest, this will be great for you! We've holidayed in Greece for 20years and Aghias Nikitas is special to us as is the Odyssey Hotel. Pete and Alison Stephenson

“On arrival!”

On arrival the groundfloor room we had been allocated had been closed and on entry there was a strong smell of the drains. Upon complaining we were given a drink while the room aired as we could not be moved until the following day when another room became available. This was fine typically Greek and up on the first floor with a balcony and views. The village was very nice with plenty of places to eat and the breakfast at the hotel was superb. We just felt sorry for the next people who took our old room a few days later!!

“Great for big groups to be in one place”

We booked this on recommendation for a wedding we were attending. We didn't expect 5 star luxury as it is a European beach village and for the price it was better than what we expected. You really don't need to spend any time in your room in this village so the basic rooms don't need to be appealing. It would probably be best hotel in the area for a bunch of people to meet up as it is probably the biggest one in this village Agios Nikitas. Staff are super friendly and willing to accommodate guests for anything. Highly recommended.

“Hotle Odyssey”

This hotel is perfectly positioned and has its own carpark - this is really important if you are taking a car to Ag Nikitas because the only other places to park are OUTSIDE the village at least 300 metres away and potentially much much further! The hotel has an excellent roof level pool, very friendly and helpful staff, and a high level of cleanliness throughout. The only issues we had were the beds -VERY hard mattress/base which usually resulted in aching backs for the first two hours each day. And secondly, the noise coming from the fridge in the bedroom; this clicked on and off avery 40 minutes!! Not ideal for a good night's sleep. The aircoditioning was fine but had to be switched off before dropping off to sleep as it was also noisy. Although the village had a good buzz to it in the evening there was never any issue with noise when in the hotel. Well worth a visit!
