What I did like was many areas nearby where u could go SM mall , mayon volcano etc ā€¦ what I didnā€™t like was staff minimal interaction with customers .. very little knowledge of activities nearby ā€¦ and upper management disconnected with the customer

The hotel was dirty . Very bad odor I cannot take the smell so I left and rebooked to another hotel . I will not recommended this hotel to anyone to stay No hot water run it for 10 min no hot water at all.

Very good location near Cathedral, plaza, restaurants, grocery, bakeries. Leaking pipes in bathroom. Small and thin towels. No facilities for hearing water for tea or coffee in the room. Only water dispenser in ground floor dining area has chiller and heater.

Very good area as close to where needed to be. Breakfast was ok and WiFi was not very strong. But staff helpful and room nice and large. Just what needed for the night
