close to a very pleasant historical town.Posted Nov 7, 2012 on Hotels.com
Our overnight stay at the copperfield started badly as there was no hot water to bath or shower with and no central heating throughout the whole evening, things improved the following morning as there was water to shower with and the breakfast was satisfactory.

A four-star welcomePosted Aug 19, 2008 on Hotels.com
An extremely warm welcome from the hotel staff; in fact all members of the personnel throughout our stay were very friendly (almost felt like a family run B&B). The room was simple, clean and bright; beds were comfortable and bathroom functional. Only [minor] negative point: the curtains could do with being slightly thicker and longer, as those wanting a lie-in will be awoken early by the daylight.
