“Convenient location”

Town centre location makes this a good base to explore the surrounding countryside. The room was comfortable and the service good. I had no complaints

“Nothing to write home about.”

The staff was excellent and exceedingly curtious. It was kept very clean which was very nice as we had our baby with us. I can't recomend the room service as the food wasn't to great. The soup of the day was the same 4 days in a row, at which point we stopped asking. We stayed in one of the un-renovated rooms. It needs the upgrade rather badly. The fact that it was kept very clean made up for the deterioration, but perhaps not enough for the cost of the room.

“Excellent location”

Excellent location for Loughborough. Hotel with good amenities but let down by the loud air-con units outside - rooms are not conditioned but you can't open the windows because of the noise from the units conditioning the meeting rooms downstairs

“Great for one night..”

Not in a particularly great area, but fine for a one night stay.

“Turn the heating up in January!”

A bit chilly in the room! Took a couple of hours of the radiator at full blast before I was comfortable, accepting it is January and a Tuesday night so probably not full occupancy, even so I expect warmth. Otherwise comfortable, clean and friendly staff. Would suggest making the WiFi free in the room or it's an additional fiver. Very central and secure car parking.

“Not bad, not great would stay again”

Staff where a little shaky, had already booked me in before I got there under a guy with a different name, and I always giggle about having 8 teabags 4 coffee sachets and 2 sugars, but other than that quiet and comfy enough.

“A mixed bag.”

The Ramada is a bit of a mixed bag. I have stayed here twice, this review related to the second visit. Its location is right in the centre of town, so convenient. However it feels like a hotel cobbled together from different buildings. It has in places very narrow corridors which are clearly not designed for hotels, as hotels go it has no element of polish or glamour and in parts some rather odd smells. On this stay I was disappointed with the quality of the hotel, on my previous stay I was indifferent. So, ok for location, reasonably cheap but highly unimpressive all round.

“Not the usual Ramada”

A disappointing hotel that was in need of a refurbishment. It was most certainly not up to the standard of most Ramada hotels

Jaded, not very clean, and definitely not three star.
