“Faulty Towers”
Well upon arrival the reception was polite and helpful, the room however was a disaster , we found blood on the door and frame in the shower room and also up the wall and some on the floor, so much for the cleanliness then , we managed to move to another room minus the blood and any visible excretions, but opening the door was a mission due to the top hinge not being fixed to the door and the door dropping and being manhandled back in the hole, the matress was too small for the base and very uncomfortable. The kettle did not work but managed to locate another one that reception took from another room.
well you get what you pay for I guess however the calamities do not stop there read on , during the night at stupid o clock an alarm went off and continued for an hour or so, disturbed sleep aside when it was time to get up we found there was no hot water to wash in or shower in, still with the shower room in mind the toilet also decided it too had had enough and decided it wasn't going to work as it should by blocking itself . If you decide to stay here try a holiday in a disaster zone it will probably be more enjoyable.
