The location was perfectly situated and very quiet. Close to the village and amenities. Our room number 3 was above the entrance and very quaint. Staff were extra helpful and nice people
This is a suberb hotel on the borders of Dublin, perfectly placed for our attendance at a local wedding.
The building is a fascinating development of a Victorian mansion and is accompanied by a wonderful restaurant.
The hotel is a converted home, so the rooms are cozy. The location is a close walk from the village with many dining choices as well as several bus stops. Parking is plentiful. The bar and restaurant in the hotel were excellent. Restaurant is closed on Monday. The staff are very down-to-earth, friendly, and helpful.

Fine for 1 night
Bit over priced for a 1 night stay. Breakfast started at 7am so too late for me. Was just continental so I didn’t miss much. Bed very comfy. Nice location, easy free parking. No lift so had to carry luggage up 2 flights, lady on reception did offer to help
Fantastic place to stay. The team of staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the food is amazing. Short walk to the town centre and easy access to the motorway
Surprisingly nice hotel, just what I needed. Breakfast was just continental, and I fancied full monty, but otherwise great place to avoid a midnight drive home in the fog!!
Our stay was nice. The only thing was the bed. Not so comfortable and kept stubbing my toe. A small fridge would have been appreciated. The room was spacious and quiet. The staff kind and helpful. The location is an easy ride to Dublin.

Problems, solved
When we arrived we couldn't book in, because the previous occupants of the room we were due to have had broken the bed. So we were given a cup of coffee whilst the hotel rang around other hotels to find us a room. They found us a room in another hotel where we stayed for three days and the Becketts hotel paid the difference.
1 night stay for business trip. Staff very friendly and room clean, comfy and pretty quiet. I regretted having eaten before I arrived as restaurant looked very nice. Breakfast options limited but of decent standard. All in all was very satisfied with my stay.

The room was very impressive! The staff gave us good recommendations on a nearby town we could eat and shop in. Easy 30 min. drive to return rental car at Dublin airport.

The staff were great, so friendly and very helpful. Room wonderful, very big, good bathroom, good, comfortable bed, very light bedroom. Remember there are 10 rooms and no lift. So if you have any problems with stairs, this is not for you. Great restaurant, always packed.

The room itself was one of the most attractive rooms I've stayed in during my business travels. The only complaint I have concerns the hot water temperature--it was almost hot enough, but not quite. They may have been trying to ensure nobody gets burned, but I like my water a little hotter. The restaurant serves wonderful dinner, and the staff is very friendly. However breakfast only continental style whereas I prefer meat and eggs.

Nice quiet hotel with good continental breakfast and decent price. Town is 7 minutes walk with restaurants, pubs, small shops etc. I had a single room which was slightly small but otherwise no complaints.
Lovely quiet hotel 10 minutes walking distance to the centre of the village of Leixlip with pubs and restaurants to choose from. The Hotel restaurant is superb if you don't fancy the walk or if the weather is a bit damp. Will definitely return next time in the area.
I only needed an overnight stay and overall, it was very good. One thing that was of concern, was that the night bell wasn't obvious. When I came back late at night, it was dark and I wasn't sure how to get in.
The other thing of concern was that google maps kept sending me to the other side of the freeway so that I ended up at the other side of the pedestrian bridge. Not sure what you could do to stop other people from getting lost.
Everything else was excellent.
We booked this hotel because of a visit to Bloom in Phoenix Park. It worked out beautifully, 20 mins drive from the park, restaurant in hotel is good, Leixlip center is a 5 mins walk from the hotel for pubs and entertainment.

We booked this hotel through hotel.com for a Bruce Springsteen concert last weekend but when we got there the room was double booked!! They had no room for us. The receptionist was very frosty and unfriendly and could brush up on her customer service skills. Thankfully she enlisted the help of the manager Colin who was extremely apologetic and very helpful. He made several calls to find another room for us in the area and got us into a lovely hotel in Lucan. He also organised tea for us while he was seeking alternative accommodation. The hotel itself is nice and quaint and but quite small with just 10 rooms which we were informed are quite tight on space. The manager very good at his job and I would imagine would do his best to ensure his guests enjoy their stay.
