This is to the general manager, I sent and still have not received response! Hello Jay Patel, my family and I stayed at the Travelodge in Lemoore California. On 6-22 Room 206 We are very unsatisfied and would like a full refund or one free night stay at any different location of Travelodge for compensation! Reservation was under Julie Sheasby.  The bedding on both beds were absolutely disturbing with how much hair was on everything. They definitely were not washed. One bed even had pee stain. The phone to call the front desk was dirty I had walked down to the office to get all new clean bedding. Also we were woken up to renovation in the morning, it would have been helpful if we were put in a different room. We asked for bottom floor so we didn’t have to carry our 65-75 pound suitcases up two flights of stairs. We were informed there were no bottom floors available. There were only 5 cars in the parking lot We were not able to get a good night sleep and driving for hours that’s the last thing we want to do is change all bedding to feel comfortable enough to sleep on the beds. It was very stressful and not enjoyable stay.  Here are some pictures below to confirm how unsettling,unsanitary, unnecessarily our stay was. Thank you for taking the time to read our complaint.  I’ll look forward to getting back a response from you. Ps the hotel manager gave us 20$ bill when we checked out. The front desk lady said that’s all she told to do. Since the manager was not there.

It had been 10 years since I stayed here and it's in a sad state of decline. No doubt the owners are doing their best to maintain it but it needs lots of help. The room was 'clean' but the wall ss were gouged from the chairs, there were soiled spots on the comforter cover, and only two pillows per bed which were the thickness of the scratchy almost see through towels. The pluses were fridge and microwave in the room without extra cost and the fact that it was pet friendly. I was disappointed that there was not hot tub in the pool area. And the dust from the field behind the property being plowed was equally annoying. Save yourself the hassle and book next door or elsewhere in the area.

The main issue that we came across on our stay was the cleanliness of our suite that I had booked months ago. We entered the room and felt dirty just walking in. Then, to see a sofa cover with burn marks/holes to which the plan was to sleep on the sofa pull out bed, but with the holes there was also food/trash underneath the cushions of the sofa. To also find hair in the refrigerator dampened the mood. I immediately asked the front desk to refund me for our stay and we'd look elsewhere to stay. The front desk employee did help us out and re-located us to a newly renovated room on the opposite side of the establishment. However, this concerned me more because we weren't initially given the room that was a disaster and then given as a secondary room that was renovated. Why wouldn't you give a customer a clean room first as opposed to the filthy room? Front desk employee did try to do right by helping us get the better room, but I feel that the first impression of a dirty room warrants me to never go to this establishment when we comes visit Lemoore in the future.
