The hotel smelled like chemicals from the pool and the room was not as clean as it could have been with a broken bathroom lock, the staff was very nice and it was one of the more affordable hotels in the area though. The location was conveniently near the highway so we were able to get around easily.

Paid 178.00 for this room. Got in late and attempted to speak with staff , not helpful. The fire alarm literally was pulled out of the ceiling with wires exposed. Bed seemed to have fresh sheets , only reason it got 1 star. Rested on top of the sheets , did not use the bathroom left early because of the poor accommodations . Truly not an experience I anticipated or would repeat .

Extremely difficult to understand staff as there was a language barrier. When asked for extra towels as there were three people staying in our room, only gave one extra towel. Had to repeatedly ask for them to give me extra towels and this was met with reluctance and annoyance on their part. One night they said they didn’t have anymore clean towels. Did not clean, make beds or switch out towels for our entire three day stay. Breakfast was minimal with all packaged food, including hot food. Only good was the Mexican restaurants on both sides of the hotel. Easy to get to downtown K.C.
