We enjoyed the stay , would have liked two bottles of water instead of a small one but the location was ideal for getting into nearby parks , restaurants and historic zones . Excellent breakfast . Thank you .

It was quiet and clean ! There were 2 of us but they only left one small bottle of water ! The breakfast was plentiful & good as was the wait person for breakfast and hotel desk morning person was helpful too! We were disappointed the hotel charges for parking, that wasn’t clear when we booked the room.

Nice modern hotel in convenient location
This is a nice modern hotel opposite El Corte Ingles. About 15 minute walk to Cathedral. We didn't use our car at all during our stay but access was reasonably simple once explained at check-in.

If you are not going to have open facilities you should note that on your hotel information. Sauna broken? Disappointment. No restaurant/food served at hotel on holiday? Disappointment. Room air did not work…I’m learning certain places shut it off but it’s still hot outside all day. Upside? Was able to be in room by 9:30am.

Pleasant stay
The check in was friendly and efficient. The room was more than adequate and both the bedroom and the bathroom were very clean. Location was good and there was a good restaurant nearby.

Good hotel in the heart of the city
The hotel was nicer than I expected. After a long flight we spent our first night in Spain at this hotel. The best news was that the beds are comfortable enough and the pillows were perfect for me! The breakfast was good and the staff was courteous and helpful. It was located within walking distance of the main attractions in the city and reasonably priced!

They need a major renovation for the shower, the setup is so wrong (of/off is opposite of the shower head) and the shower floor is slippery which makes it unsafe for the travelers to use the shower.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was small but super clean, and bed was comfortable. Well located but not too close to downtown. The breakfast quality was good but not too much variety. Other than that, great place to stay!

Almost Perfect
Everything was amazing from a service and location perspective. Room size was great, Cleaning staff did a nice job. Bed was comfortable. Front desk staff were phenomenal, and Raul was great in the evening bar area. Convenient and reasonably priced self-parking facility. Two things that caused my rating to not be a perfect score are (1) our room was not a non-smoking room. It had a bad odor during the entire trip. (2) There was no food service during the day. The hotel really needs a functioning restaurant during daytime hours (post-breakfast, before late dinner hours).

Good location, clean, pleasant efficient staff. Only downsides were on site parking approximately €14/ night and no tea / coffee making facilities in the room, which may be the norm in the eu, but not in the UK.

Awesome place
This is a great hotel, very well located and front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed and pillows were very plush. Breakfast was delicious and hostess staff was very friendly too! Will definitely stay here next time we visit!

Great Value, very comfortable stay
Great modern hotel in a peaceful neighborhood 10min walk from historic center. Rooms are spacious enough and bathroom has large stand up shower. Breakfast exceeded expectations and service was very helpful at all times. Lots of parking available near the location and possibility to park inside for affordable price.
