Location is best for the person who use train. It’s just next to the station. It’s also convenient to the historical area. The room is clean, breakfast is generous, staff was sufficiently kind to my requests.

Old and tired hotel
All in all, a disappointing stay. Bed was too short for one of us, and visibly yellow/brown dirty water ran from the shower for the first of us. In general the hotel is in dire need of upgrading. Quite unattractive and very worn decor. Not even as nice as the promotional pictures. Had to sit sideways to use the toilet as it was jammed into an insufficient space. Poor sound proofing too. We were woken numerous times during the night as other guests came and left and went to their bathrooms. Would not stay here again. Poor value for the price and what you get. The room was clean enough and the lady at reception was helpful.

Receptionist was kind and very helpful. We appreciated that she spoke both in English and Spanish. There was a charm about the place. Perfect location from the train station.

Excellent hotel with very friendly staff. Booked within 10 minutes before arriving because of a dreadful pensión in same area that I decided not to stay at. This hotel was the same price as other accommodation booked on this site and which I was charged for.

Convenient to the rail station but little else
The ramp to the front door is approximately 45 degrees. Too steep to be useable for luggage and it would be impossible for a wheel chair. The location was on the “wrong” side of the river. All sites and the majority of restaurants were on the other side of the river. A plus is that it is near the train station which is also on the same side of the river. The hotel is somewhat rundown and could use an update. The bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn’t bad and the coffee was good. Overall, if you are there to visit the city, the location is enough to make you pass on this hotel.

Good value with breakfast
Hotel is 200m from the train station near the river and within walking distance to the Old city. Very clean, service every day. Price value is low and it includes a very fulfilling buffet breakfast. What else to expect?

Simple, yet very comfortable two twin bed room with air conditioning, T.V., and small bathroom. Sufficient storage space. The wifi was fast and worked well, but every time you locked your phone you had to reconnect. 15 minute walk from the cathedral. Lovely hotel for a fair price, would stay again.

The room was great, bed a bit soft for me, otherwise everything was wonderful. The staff was the friendliest ive experienced. They made everything so easy and pleasant.

OK for the price
This hotel is well located if you're coming/going by bus or train. It is a decent hotel and a good value, as long as you don't pay more than 35 Euros (which is what i paid). BUT, there were some issues: First, the front desk staff are extremely disorganized and they don't seem to know how to process pre-payments that are made via Expedia. So if you pay via Expedia, you have to closely monitor the bill you are given by the front desk staff. Second, the wifi is close to unusable... and in fact non-existent for extended periods of time. Bottom line: I would recommend this hotel for short stays and at a price of no more than 35 Euros per night

Very convenient for bus and train stations
I stayed one night in transit from El Camino to Madrid. Good value hotel very close to both bus and train stations and a 10 minute walk into the centre of town.

10 minute walk from the action and very close to the bus station so great for catching an early bus the next morning. The room was not great. Toilet was jammed up against the tub and the bed mattress was spongy and bedding was really old

After staing at a Paris version of a budget hotel (ie still expensive and totally horrible) this was a dream. So clean and tidy. Bathroom even had a bath - OMG!! Felt very luxurious to me after paying the same price in Paris to share toilets and bathrooms. This hotel is close to the station, easy to find and although not a very pictruesque neighbourhood it is only a few minutes walk into town - so easy to get to and from. also close to bus station. I liked staying here - not expensive but was very clean, comfortable and the staff were helpful.

Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitacion de dos camas cuando habiamos reservado una habitación de una cama doble, baje a recepcion a reclamarlo y me dijeron que no les quedaban, y yo les dije que entoces no diesen la opción de hacer esta distinción cuando eliges la habitación y encima a distinto precio.
