This is a pretty typical 4* hotel. Location is excellent - right on the Plaza Mayor. Parking is under the hotel, in a shared commercial garage (enter from street behind hotel), with very tight spaces (as is usual in Spain). Room was large, well lit and comfortable. Desk clerk very helpful, but no bellboy service. Hotel restaurant is their coffee shop - food good but limited menu. Breakfast buffet good. Internet connection good. Would stay here again.

Very nice hotel and fabulous location. Parking is expensive, tho, and hotel only gives a 1 euro discount on a 25 Euro per day charge on adjacent parking. That was only negative. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The location on the lovely Plaza Mayor was perfect- we even had a balcony with a view of the square. Parking was directly below the hotel and easy to find. The location was close to restaurants and the cathedral. We would highly recommend!

The hotel was difficult to find but worth the effort. It is nice and central has good facilities. A market was set up in the square the morning we left. There were some noisy teenagers in the square in the early hours of the morning which detracted from our enjoyment though.

Location great but Unhelpful staff, very noisy both from corridors and disco noise till 2 am, cars on street and people throwing out trash in middle of night.

Great location central to everything in the city. The view of Plaza Mayor from the balcony made for a great backdrop. Extra special since the Christmas decorations were still up. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. All the amenities. Rooms and hotel were very clean. Beds were comfortable. Loved the complimentary mineral water.

Best bed I've ever slept in!
The hotel is in an amazing location! The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming from the start to the finish! The room was luxurious and the bed has to be one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! Lovely bathroom and amazing breakfast. Thanks to all the staff team for an amazing stay in a very interesting and fun town.

Everything is great! Hotel staff Greet is wonderful and breakfast is amaaaaazing!! The only “issues is that if you get a room with a view, it can get too noisy outside and you can hear it from your room. Not recommended if you have light sleep. Otherwise, the hotel and rooms are wonderful. Walk distance from everything

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The front door opened out onto the main square where there were bars and restaurants. The room soundproofing was 100 %. Leon a great placefor strolling around.

The staff went the extra mile to help us get appointments in s nearby hospital for Covid testing toget back home. Parking is external, but it's just next door, literally.

The Hotel has a wonderful location at Plaza Mayor. It is complicated to arrive by car and need to call for directions. Rooms are pretty confortables and clean. The hotel COVID protocol is very good. The city is fantastic. Great place to stray!

The property is very nice and the employees very gentle and helpful. The communal areas are great, as the service. Location is perfect! The room was nice, but it should have been cleaner. The fridge of the minibar was very noisy.
