I would definitely love to return. The room which was really a small apartment was clean and comfortable and seemed brand new. The only downside was that we were required to do a very light cleaning before leaving, but the room was not stocked with cleaning products, ie. dishwasher detergent or floor cleaner. Oh, and we would have loved to have our windows open but the smokers below prevented this from happening...but, hey, that's Europe!

"Excellent customer service, went above and beyond!"
We booked the hotel for our last night only as we'd got a cheaper deal in an apartment elsewhere for the other 6 nights but they wouldn't do a sunday to sunday. We were able to book in early, i somehow managed to pick up a tummy bug and the hotellier went out of her way to make things easier for us, even providing camomile tea! She got up extra early to provide bread and cheese before our bus left at 5 am the following morning.
On top of that the hotel is really conveniently located with balcony view of mountains. Its surprisingly quiet. Unfortunately we didnt get to check out sauna etc but im sure it would have been great.

A friend and i stayed here for 4 days. i have been to L2A on numerous occasions and would hands down say this is the best hotel. Great views, fab location next to the chair lift, ski in / ski out option, 10 mins walk to the Jandri Express and 1 mins walk from the main street of the resort with all the bars, shops and restaurants.
Rooms were spacious, clear, all the amenities you'd expect, plus some great bathroom products.
simple check in / check out
Didn't get round to using the spa

This is a very pleasant and cosy hotel. Very nice restaurant with a proper four-course dinner (so much better than a buffet-style dinner). Swimming pool is nice, but the water was dirty this time (children loved it anyway). Sauna was a bit overcrowded and the jacuzzi was closed. Near to the kid's ski school. Breakfast could be better and the Internet is not the best one, particularly after 4:00 p.m. when everybody is back from skiing.

The overall quality of the hotel was good, the rooms were clean (although you have to clean the rooms yourselves at the end of the week), well equipped, and offered a nice bar, free sauna, swimming pool, gym and ski locker facilities. "Ski to door" isn't entirely true, unless you count the 50m walk to the slopes but never caused us any problems, even with ski / snowboard boots and equipment.

Friendly welcome, good breakfast, and nice central location.
There is a free bus which rotates around the town, but if you want to be in a ski in/out chalet, you might want to stay closer to the slope.
