The service wasn't that good. There was no fridge in the room because it was broken. The breakfast wasn't that good. There weren't alot of staff to help.

The hotel we stay at was quite nice,it was able to accommodate the whole family which was perfect,the hotel rooms were pretty,Great breakfast,and lastly great service and attention. :)

Good for one night
We wanted to visit Lille for one night and found the price of this hotel good for a family of four. Breakfast was good and there was lots of things to choose from. We had a really uncomfortable night, I'm not sure why it was as the room and beds were reasonable. Overall a good stay for one night. Worst part is the location but I guess that can t be changed

Good quality budget hotel with friendly welcome
Very friendly welcome and helpful staff. Nicely equipped rooms. Free coffee and breakfasts. Restaurants nearby. You can buy food to microwave in your room too.

lovely hotel
We stayed just one night here but it was a lovely stay. Rooms were clean, modern and colourful, and lots of space inside the room to relax. Beds were comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Wifi signal was strong. Free parking if you're driving. Breakfast was standard continental buffet and ok. Free bottle of water provided and although there was no coffee making facilities in the room you could get a free coffee downstairs in the main reception area.

Great hotel not far from Lille centre,
Excellent check-in/out staff. very helpful and friendly. good location with easy access to Lille Center. The family room was spacious and very clean with excellent value for money. Only thing missing from the room was kettle and tea and coffee, although this was available free in the lobby. Would recommend this hotel and will stay there again on our next trip to Lille..

We found the breakfast totally inadequate compared to similar hotels at which we have stayed. Very good location if you have your own transport.

Lovely hotel.
Nice, clean ,modern hotel. Free car parking & breakfast was included with our room booking. The rooms look good & clean. There is enough storage. There was a refrigerator & microwave in our room.The bathroom & the toilets were separate. Bathroom had a shower & bathtub. The bed was two beds put together, so the gap in between was a little uncomfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast selection was good.

I was in room 204 and the architectual problems that they already knew about flooded the complete bathroom after a shower. Fortunately I was changed to other room. But why offer such a room in the first place?

Ibis met all my expectations
Air conditioned rooms and Good Breakfast , Friendly staff and outside Tables and chairs for a Beer with colleagues in the Evening . One of the best value Ibis I have ever stayed in ! I will definitely stay here again.

Room largish, bed comfortable, sepaqrate bath mounted shower and shower, separate toilet, room service OK, breakfast OK ad adequate etc etcLoads of parking - gated, ONLy down side was the pillows - they were aweful! We both had terible stiff necks in morning - perhaps the hotel could consider some softer pillows for the more discerning travellor. Would we use it again - Yes if in the car, but would take our own pillows!!

We stayed here for a 1 night on our way to Paris. Comfortable bed and pillow, big room, clean. It is quite a distance to the city centre but it's located next to the highway, hence perfect for a stop over trip. Simple breakfast.

Enjoyed it very much. Good sized and interesting room. Separate toilet and bathroom which included shower and bath. Appreciated having the microwave in our room as we could heat up our own meals and save money. Nice touch having free croissants with the coffee in foyer.

IBIS Lille Airport
Nice hotel but I made the mistake of thinking I could avoid a taxi to get there. You cannot walk from the airport, so make sure you order the free shuttle beforehand by calling the hotel direct. No proper food on site, and you have to cross a dual carriageway to get to nearest restaurant. This place is really geared up for cars and the nearby main road. There is absolutely nothing around the hotel except fields. Receptionist was okay, but not that helpful. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special. Bottle of water in room was good. Fridge in room was good. Opening window was good, but lets in mosquitos.

Stayed 2 nights in July 2011. Room clean with good facilities including fridge, microwave complimentary breakfast and complimentary wi-fi. No coffee or tea in room but complimentary in the reception area, which was good. Only minor complaint about the room is the beds which are rather hard and uncomfortable. The hotel is in the final stages of a major refurbishment but the work did not impact on our stay as they were working on the top two floors only.. Hotel is walking distance to nearby retail park and with good motorway access. Overall a good experience and well worth the money paid.
