There was nothing unique about the property. Staff were nice. Room was ok. Cleaning staff made the bed. That's it. Didn't refill coffee supplies once. Breakfast was bare bones. Coffee machine was nice. Room cards had to be reset every day except one. Ok. Meh.

Definitely a little more dated. Rooms were small, but clean. A few cardio machines in a very small room does not count as a gym. Breakfast was basic but good and staff was friendly.

Second time I have stayed here and is my only go to place to stay. Walking distance to the Enmax Centre for special events and Tony Romas is next door at another hotel.

I was able to check in when I arrived early. I had a problem with the TV which was resolved pleasantly and quickly. Coffee dispenser was greatly appreciated

This is a nice hotel that is kept very neat and tidy. Staff are very friendly. Rooms are clean and decent with a decent bed but the room furnishings are old and dated. Overall a nice hotel though.

Very friendly staff. Check in was simple. Accommodation was excellent. Our favorite hotel when we go to Lethbridge. Great location and minimal road noise.

Consistently the Best
I always stay here when I’m in town. It’s so conveniently located. However, the only negative thing was that their WiFi wasn’t working. But they’re always so friendly and helpful.

This hotel is great! I stay here every time I come Lethbridge. It’s alway clean but he continental break is good the staff is always helpful and nice.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Our only disappointment was that the only pop vendor was totally out of stock. This shouldn't ever happen for guests traveling a long day and cant get there hands on mix.

Very convenient to 2 major highways. The building is newer and well kept. The minor complaints I had were no fan in the bathroom, it took three visits by staff to get the tv to work and the coffee station in the room was as far away from the sink as you could get. The breakfast was just okay. We stayed 2 nights. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms are very dated and not the cleanest. Noticed some dirt in the bath and carpet floors as well the garbage bins had some substance on them. Hot tub chemicals were very harsh and discoloured the parts of the swimsuit that were submerged.

Nothing unique. Lethbridge is deteriorating with respect to transient persons. I picked this hotel because it was close to family I was visiting. Staff was amazing - allowed us early (2 hours early) to posted check-in time. I was thankful for this. Room is clean. Beds comfortable. Short one night stay. I have not tried the free breakfast yet, but, hopefully something there. All in all a good stay. I would recommend.
