The food is very good, because of COVID the option of buffet does not exist anymore but they have a decent menu with at least 3 options different every day. This is a hotel all inclusive (for breakfast and lunch or dinner) The bedrooms have AC and fans.

Excellent location
Most upscale place in town. Great location. You can be in town in a second or just poolside resorting it in another second. It is the best of both worlds. Safe, and comfortable.

Nice Leticia hotel
The Decameron is a high end three star hotel... though much better than anything else that can be found in Leticia. It certainly costs more than the competition though after long days of tours on the Amazon river it is a quite comfortable place to unwind.

How can a hotel not have wifi and charge $3 US dollars per hour for internet service?

Most of the Decameron Hotels have free wifi service, however, due to the logistic conditions that are handled in the Amazonian trapeze, all the Communications Companies that offer the internet service, sell it at a high cost, forcing us to charge the wifi service at a considerable rate. We hope for the advancement of future communications in order to reduce our rates or that it will be free as in the other Decameron Hotels.

A place you have to visit. There are a lot of plans to do nearby the hotel and the hotel offers you a great place to rest after the adventure.

A slice of paradise.
We stayed in Leticia for three days and that was sufficient. The hotel was a nice place to return to after a day of exploring in the sun and heat. Good place to rest and relax.

We appreciate being qualified as a bit of paradise. Our mattresses are rotated quarterly and the brightness of the furniture obsece a Brazilian protective oil to prevent moisture. Very Good Hotel in Leticia
We stayed in Leticia for a long Week End and found that this hotel is very well maintained, offers good food in its restaurant, has good service at the pool bar and a great excursion office.

Pretty hotel and great location.
Great location. We were able to get to a supermarket, the main square, pretty much everything within walking-distance. Clean hotel and pretty lay-out. The meals were great.

Wunderbares Hotel
Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sehr, sehr freundliches Personal. Hervorheben möchte ich Andres, ein toller Mitarbeiter. Ebenfalls faszinierend war der Schamane Sebastian. Ein in meinen Augen ein Botschafter für die Kultur und Naturverbundenheit der Menschen die am Amazonas leben. Die Zimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Essen war lecker, das Frühstück hätte etwas reichhaltiger sein können. Der Pool sehr sauber und ebenfalls sehr freundliches Personal. Die Holzbauweise der Liegen etwas renovierungsbedürftig, aber mit der entsprechenden zur Verfügung gestellten bequemen Auflage ein schönes Erlebnis. Zusammfassend: Ein sehr, sehr schöner Aufenthalt, der bestimmt wiederholt wird. Danke an das Team vom Hotel.

Hola: Al hacer la reserva puse que iba con dos niños y pagué el monto correspondiente. Luego, al estar allá me conbraron 777.632 adicionales por mi hija de 4 años. El Ticuna en Leticia tiene mucho para dar.
Muy bien. En términos generales el hotel es bueno. Bien ubicado, en el centro de la ciudad, cerca de todo y la disposición de las habitaciones es excelente. El servicio bueno, el personal del hotel muy atento y dispuesto a hacernos sentir como en casa. La comida ofrecida es buena y flexible el servicio.

Muy buena la atención en el hotel y especialmente en el área de restaurante.Las habitaciones confortables, lo único malo del servicio es la señal del wifi para las habitaciones. Por el costo del hotel debería ser un servicio incluido y no cobrar tanto valor por tratar de conectarse al wifi.

Me pareció buena la atención y el servicio, me parece mal el servicio de Internet y lo mas grave, que lo cobren. Independiente de quien le venda al cliente el paquete, Decameron debe prestar el servicio de transporte del aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa.

Atención y servicios muy buenos, personas amables.
La estancia ha sido muy buena, la piscina fantástica y la comida nos ha encantado en calidad ,variedad y cocina. Esta muy bien ubicado y cuándo vienes de hacer excursiones al final del día era el lugar perfecto para descansar.

El personal del hotel es muy atento y agradable.el hotel esta en muy buenas condiciones, lo unico malo es la discoteca super ruidosa que queda afuera del hotel y no deja dormir durante los fines de semana.

A estadia foi muito boa, porem achamos que o preço da diária é muito alto se comparado com o que o hotel oferece e o onde está situado na cidade de Letícia. Os quartos são ótimos, porem o hotel não oferece áreas de lazer compatíveis com o preço praticado .
