Nice Place to disconnect, beautiful view of the Amazon river, Nature sounds all day around. Keep in mind that there is jot Cellphone reception due to the Hotel location. you can pay for WiFi approximately $3 to 4 dollars for 6 hours only and you can only use Whatsapp for messaging and audio calls (not video calls).

It does not exist. Get picked up by van and driven 15 minutes to waterfront market. Cross an unsafe bridge and hike 25 minutes on boards and in mud to another water front. A man starts giving a speech in Spanish. I grab my bags and

If it’s not the worst place in the world it’s definitely the worst place in the Amazon. I purchased prepaid, all-inclusive package for 2 adults and 1 kid. False advertisement from beginning to the end 1. First of all, they do not mention anything about the fact that property can be only accessed by boat. It’s takes about 1 hour and cost is 45,000 peso (15$) per person one way, adding 90$ to your bill for 3 people 2. When you arrive, you will get to a jail style resort which you can escape only by boat and again you have to pay 45000 per person for any ride to any stupid shopping holes they choose to take you 3. All-Inclusive they advertise is far from All Inclusive. No beer is included - you can buy one for 5800 Peso!!! No wine is included - cheapest bottle available is for vinegar wine at 100,000 peso No rum - they said they “ran out” at 12:00pm on a day of arrival Only available liquor was Extra Cheap Gin and Vodka I would be scared to wash my foot in. Literary gasoline at the most 2$ per gallon No juices! Yes in the Amazon, where every hotel and restaurant offers you local juice, this Tourist Trap will give you Chemical colored Syrup, disgusting, corn syrup filled nasty liquid 4. Food was disgusting. Dinner starts at 7pm. No tables were available until 8:30pm. At 8:30pm there was a line of at least 300 people and it took us at least good hour to get to buckets of vomit they call “great tasting buffet” the only thing I could eat were boiled eggs

The best hotel in the middle of the jungle
The best hotel you can find in the middle of the jungle. A great finding....For sure there are a few bugs, wi fi is not the best....but you can't expect more in the middle of nowhere. Very nice staff, spacious and clean rooms, nature and animals into the hotel, great tours. You have to take a taxi from the airport to the harbour - 7 minutes, then you have to take a boat - 20 minutes. When you go out from the airport, hotel staff offer you a two ways ride. Only pay one way because on the last day you go to a tour to Tabatinga, Brasil and they leave you at the airport anyways. Food is ok, a bit repetitive, but good.

Terrible hotel. No information on how to get to the hotel. There is no road to the hotel. The only means for transport is through a taxi and a boat. Tarantula, roaches, crickets in the bathroom are normal. No atm, almost no wifi, no landline anywhere, no cellular signal. Terrible service and food.

This hotel is a good solid hotel who are let down by their staff and a thirst to get every last penny from you. The food is good, you get 3 main meals and a rather poor snack. Free alcoholic beverages are also included in the price. The pool is very nice and a great way to relax on hot days. Entertainment is cheesy but better than nothing. The trip we took with the hotel is the worst trip I have had in my life and would not recommend to anyone. This is not a good place to use as a base instead stay in town but come out here for a few nights to relax. The airport transfer was idiotic at best. All transfers leave at 0930 but the two daily flights leave at 0130 and 0430 so you have to hang around a very boring town for a while. If you have a high expectation or any expectation of customer service don't stay here.

The hotel is exactly as photographed as are the rooms. The water in the shower is cold only, which I expected. I did not like the fact that despite the fact we vacationed as a couple, we were put into tour groups at the hotel. They have a 1-2-3-4 system and that denotes what time you eat, who you travel with on outings. I thought there would be more physical activities available like repelling, zip lining, etc.. They have alot of boat and walking tours. We were bored and left a day early.

It is an extremely comfortable place, considering that it is localted in the shore of the Amazon river. It was a reaaly pleasent and comfortable stay.

it is a holyday resort at the edge on the Amazon jungle. keeping in mind this, the resort is spectacular. within the resort there are clean wooden boardwalks and which goes then into silty jungle paths. there are good daytrips available. what you can't expect is hot water in the shower. the 90minute transport from the airport to the resort is well organized and pretty picturesque.

Le lieux est magnifique en bordure du fleuve Amazone. Belle piscine, la zone de cocktail, la restauration sont agreables, mais l'etat general d'entretien global de l'etablissement, des chambres ainsi que des salles de bain laissent à désirer. Quel dommage pour un établissement de ce type qui devait être très beau à ses debuts. De plus l'accueil à la reception se fait d'une manière froide avec très peu de sourire...

Le pire hôtel que j'ai jamais fait, aucune justification au niveau du prix. Chambre sale sans serviettes (la chambre n'était même pas prête pour mon arrivée alors que je les avais prévenu, j'ai attendu 45 minutes) et personnel extrêmement désagréable dès mon arrivée (pas la totalité mais plus au niveau du management). Refus catégorique (et avec un grand sourire) de m'aider à porter mes valises à la chambre (pourtant nuit à 85€ ce qui est une grosse somme pour la Colombie). Apparemment, ce service n'est pas inclus avec les services offert par l'hôtel.... ils ne m'ont pas aidé pour le trajet d'arrivée à l'hôtel qui est assez complexe quand on ne connait pas et j'en passe...décidément aucun service n'est inclus pour cet hôtel. La nourriture est infecte, sans gout. L'hôtel est une sorte de club de vacances (de nombreux clients sur la terrasse par exemple, plus d'une centaine de personnes) extrêmement bruyant, ce n'est pas la bas que vous allez vous reposer. L'hôtel est gigantesque et certaines chambres sont très loin de la réception (20 min à pieds pour la mienne). Je ne recommande clairement pas. A vrai dire, malgré une réservation de 4 nuits, je ne suis restée que 3 nuits alors même que je ne pouvais pas me faire rembourser et que j'étais ric rac financièrement... C'est clairement une honte de fournir un service de ce genre. HOTEL A FUIRRRRRRRRRRRR

Sitio interesante con defectos complicados
El hotel es bonito y tiene buenas instalaciones pero el encanto se pierde con la mala calidad de la comida y el desorden de las actividades. El personal es bueno pero se siente estresado y prevenido. Yo no regresaría.

La estadia no fue muy agradable, el aire acondicionado no lo prenden si 9:00 pm a 7:am y no se puede modificar la temperatura del aire, la alimentacion no es muy regular y no varina la comida ademas no hay snack entre las comidas es falso lo de snack ilimitados, el no cuanta con una planta de energia de emergencia para todo el hotel, nos cambiron de habitacion por este motivo sin que nos dieran una habitacion de las mismas condiciones, ademas se presentaron quejas por malestares intestinles se cree que fue por la comida del hotel, yo estube con un level malestar pero en el areopuerto me encontre con otros huespedes que me comentaron que estubieron muy malos por el mismo malestar

Un hotel bueno
En general es un buen hotel la estadía fue buena pero la idea de acercarse más a la selva por quedar en un hotel alejado de Leticia no es una opción recomendable sí estás allí los tours solo se podrán reservar con ellos y pues tiene sus ventajas y desventajas en general lo recomiendo pienso que le faltan zonas de diversión o entretenimiento.

Excelente experiencia, un hotel de selva. Buena comida, los senderos largos e ideales para fotografiar hermosos pájaros como tucanes en su hábitat, él bioparque algo que no se pueden perder!!! Quedamos muy satisfechos

El hotel es muy lindo, pero la comida es muy mala. Recalentada, sin sabor, mucha grasa y poca higiene a la elaboración. El hotel únicamente prende el aire acondicionado a las 8:30pm-3:30 am! Las demás horas del día es un calor insoportable. Les pido no ir a este hotel antes de ir al Amazonas, hay muchas opciones que están mejor.

Fatal!
No era lo que esperabamos. No tenía transporte despues de cierta hora, no habia señal de celular, no habia Wifi y nada de eso estuvo especificado en la reserva. Por tanto no nos quedamos y preferi perder mi dinero. Jamas vuelvo a reservar por aqui.

hotel en medio de la selvavive de verdad amazonas
el hotel amazon on vacation es un hotel con muchas comodidades (aire acondicionado, televisor con muchos canales, camas deliciosas, balcon con vista al rio, piscina grande con jacuzzi y tobogan para los niños) y ademas refleja lo qe uno quiere observar cuando se visita el amazonas: queda en medio de la jungla dentro de la selva mas hermosa justo al lado del rio amazonas, acceso solo por via fluvial, con presentaciones de artistas todas las noches que muestran la cultura musical de la region (garotas bailarinas, bailes indigenas, cantantes), incluye las tres comidas y una merienda en la tarde.si usted va a quedarse a la ciudad principal (leticia) no encontrara un ambiente tan pacifico y relajante como este. la atencion de la administradora, sra lucy es encantadora siempre respondiendo a las solicitudes especiales, el sr donas y el sr jairo de seguridad siempre dispuestos a colaborar. mis hijos encantados pescando en los alrededores del hotel. la persepcion de mi familia en el hotel es que la atencion es muy especial (fui en temporada semi alta).

Superó totalmente mis expectativas, los comentarios de que las filas son demasiado extensas para las comidas y de que se demoran mucho en el servicio del bar no me parecen acertados ya que fui en una temporada donde el hotel estaba full y el servicio fue bastante bueno , el sitio donde se encuentra es espectacular donde puedes interactuar con la naturaleza pero con una habitación e instalaciones bastante confortables, el personal muy atento y un muy buen servicio en general, aunque la comida es buena en general como sugerencia deberían variar un poco los menús de las comidas y de los snacks.

Een slechte beleving
Hotel is niet te bereiken per auto alleen per boot. Kamers zijn opzich wel mooi maar ze zijn heel gehorig je kan precies horen wat de buren zeggen en doen. Qua stroom voorziening werkt het volgena mij op een generator die in de laatste 2 dagen van ons verblijf om de haverklap uitviel dus dan geen airco. Qua eten en drinken was het opzich goed geregeld. Verder het hotel personeel van de receptir hebben wij ervaren als onvriendelijk. Zij hebben de instelling van die spreken geen spaans dus dan doen we ook niks voor jullie. Qua excursies ben je gebonden aan wat zij aanbieden en wij hadden persoonlijk liever wat anders gedaan ma ieder zijn ding natuurlijk. Je kan het resort ook niet verlaten dus je bent geheel afhankelijk van hen. Het zwembad lag er wel mooi bij. En als je wel spaans kunt dan doen ze bijna alles voor je. Ook is er geen wifi beschikbaar. Verder is de ligging van het hotel wel mooi maar dit heeft dus ook zijn nadelen.

Das Personal in diesem Hotel ist wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich vergebe aber trotzdem nur zwei Sterne, da bei einem All-Inclusive-Hotel das Essen sehr wichtig ist, dieses war weder schmackhaft noch abwechslungsreich. Reis, Fisch und Suppe gab es standardmäßig zu Mittag und Abend. Die Shows die in diesem Hotel jeden zweiten Abend geboten werden, haben nicht viel mit dem Erlebnis-Dschungel zu tun und wiederholen sich auch, wenn man länger als vier nächte in dem Hotel verbringt. Die Touren die das Hotel Anbietet sind leider auch eher dürftig und langweilig. Es ist besser Touren zu buchen, die nicht im All-Inclusive-Packet enthalten sind. Wenn man einen All-Inclusive Urlaub im Hotel machen will, empfielt sich ein Hotel mit besserem Essen und besseren Getränken. Für das Erlebnis Dschungel sollte man sich vielleicht auch ein anderes Hotel suchen....

Schoenens Hotel aber leider schlechtes Essen
Bevor ich mit der Kritik am Hotel und Managment beginne, will ich vorweg sagen, dass der Grossteil der Angestellten im Hotel sehr freundlich und hilfbereit waren, anders als eine Angestelle im Buero der Hotelkette in Bogota. Unser Aufenthalt dauerte 5 Naechte. Im Hotel gab es jeden Tag zum Mittags und Abends Reis mit Fisch und Schweinefleisch oder Huehnchen. Zum Fruehstueck Ruehrei, Broetchen, Fruechte und alte Kornflakes, die wohl schon eine weile irgenwo offen gestanden haben muessen. In der dritten Nacht ging es meiner Begleitung nicht sehr gut, sie musste sich mehrmals uebergeben, vermutlich war der Fisch oder die Fischsuppe, die sie am Abend gegessen hat, nicht gut, vielleicht war es aber auch der Saft, der jedes mal etwas vergoren geschmeckt hat (warscheinlich mit alten Fruechten zubereitet). Leider bietet das Hotel keine medizinische Hilfe an. Die Shows die am Abend geboten werden, haben leider nicht viel mit dem Amazonas zu tun. Ich habe den Einruck, dieses Hotel dient der Belustigung von mittelalten Kolumbianer(innen), die sich nicht wirklcih fuer den Amazonas interessieren. Es gibt ein kleines Angebot von Touren vom Hotel, diese sind aber nicht sehr empfehlenswert. Fazit: Schoene Lage, nette Angestellte aber nicht mehr. Ich kann das Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
