Easy access to central ParisPosted Apr 19, 2014
Cons: Mattress is quite hard, slightly uncomfortable after 4 nights
5 minute walk from the underground station, 25 minute walk to L'arc de Triomphe. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would stay again as convenient. Not 5* but simple, clean and nicely decorated. Beware, if you bring a large bag you will be taking the stairs as the lift can just about squeeze in two people or one person and a small suitcase. Unable to comment on the breakfast as I thought 7.50 euros was a lot when there's a nice bakery nearby that does fresh pain au chocolat for 1.25 euros. The walls aren't very thick so sound can travel but no issues with noise overnight.

Hotel for reasonable price.Posted Nov 10, 2013
It is not a fancy hotel, but if you need a good place to stay for a night and reasonable price, this should be your choice. I rate it high for its reasonable price, the personnel who are polite and speak English and, and finally it is 5 min from the metro. Really guys you come to Paris not to seat in hotel, it is just somewhere to get a good sleep, so you can have enough energy to explore the city next day.

Compact room. Friendly staff. Clean. Bathroom tiny. Not a bad location if you know your way around. Reasonably priced.

Excellent and friendly English-speaking staff. Rooms were clean, location 5 min walk from metro, 20 min ride to city center. Safe neighbourhood.

Very nice hotel in a safe quiet part of Paris.Posted Aug 26, 2013
Pros: Pretty much everything.
Cons: Nothing much.
Location: Nothing touristy, but plenty places to eat.
Overall a very good hotel, well worth the money we paid for it. We stayed for 7 nights and had a triple room which was nice and quiet, overlooking an internal courtyard that had a lovely little garden. All staff were extremely helpful and spoke good English, some excellent. Room itself was a decent size and the beds were very comfy. Cleanliness of room was excellent as was regular daily bed making, towel replacement, etc. Bathroom was modern and of a good standard. No air-con, but as it was very hot and the area quiet it was not a problem to leave the windows open overnight. Can't understand why some reviewers are unhappy with the location. Yes, it's a 20 min tube ride from central Paris but almost every hotel you stay at, except for the very expensive ones in the centre itself, will require a tube journey. Tube station less than 5 mins from hotel with several cafes and restaurants nearby, which we used on 3 evenings.
