“Clean and convenient, great staff”

Very clean, only issue was bathtub had some hairs in it, the front desk clerk came up to our room and personally cleaned the tub himself.

The staff were among the most efficient, friendly and helpful I've ever encountered in a hotel. Moreover, I don't think I've ever stayed in a room so immaculately clean. Finally, the continental breakfast offered a nice variety and quantity of food, again, supervised by an excellent staff.

“Good Deal”

The hotel was comfortable, the room was small but incredibly clean and with the amenities promised. The "complementary" breakfast was really just coffee and some pre-packaged pastries (like you'd get at a gas station), but there was a 24-hr restaurant across the street that was pretty good. The location was great - and the hotel was easy to find. The service was friendly, I'd say that for the price, this was even nicer than we were expecting.

“Spotless rooms and excellent staff”

Truly a "Comfort" Inn. Our room was squeaky clean, the continental breakfast was excellent, and the entire staff was very accommodating. The location was convenient: a three-minute commute into downtown Levis and the ferry into Quebec City, and a fifteen-minute drive across the St. Lawrence Seaway into Quebec City. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
