Old hotel. Needs immediate updating

Posted Sep 28, 2014
Lobby hallways stairways starting to crumble. An old building. Very clean rooms and excellent staff very willing to help in any way Towels need updating! But clean. Just off the highway. 10 minute drive to the ferry. Good restaurant across the road. Dissapointed with the breakfast. Nothing hot except toast.

Great location for stop over

Posted Sep 14, 2014
Pros: Ease of access from highway
Cons: Signage on autoroute have disappeared, and hotel sign is now obscured by various things
Location: Great little restaurants in downtown Levis.
Great location for stop over when travelling from East Coast to Ontario.

Snobby front desk

Posted Sep 8, 2014
Pros: Lovation
Cons: Friendly and welcoming attitude from front desk staff and a reasonable pet fee would be a big improvement.
Charge way too much for a pet. I did not find this motel welcoming at all. Front desk crew was snobby and very unfriendly. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great hotel close to the highway.

Posted Sep 3, 2014
Pros: Clean. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Private. Quiet and Polite.
Cons: A $52 charge for my dog was a bit much as he slept the whole time and did not bark or shed.
Location: Right off the highway. Close to restaurants and Fort Levis.
Staff was very accommodating and spoke very good English. They were very helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The best hotel of the week.

Epedia in a pinch

Posted Aug 30, 2014
Pros: Convenient, clean, comfortable, free breakfast
Location: Location was right off the highway pretty much and, restaurant with take out right across the street.
When booking a room at this hotel, we originally went in without a reservation, but had seen it on expedia. The room rate was more than shown online with expedia, so using the expedia app we had a reservation in a snap, while standing at the counter to check in. Saved us about $25.00 for the 5 minutes it took to book it online.

Breakfast room

Posted Aug 25, 2014
Reasonable continental breakfast. However the breakfast room was away from the actual food... Perhaps a new set up for the breakfast would be better, instead of using the lobby, otherwise it was nice, waffles were tasty. The room itself was very clean, that was very nice.

Air conditioner was so noisy.

Posted Aug 23, 2014
The room was O.K. but the hall way wasnot clean. The hotel doesn't have the elevator so it was not comfortable. Early in the morning noisy air conditioner sounds made me upset.

We dont recommend this hotel. It has no microwave, no refrigerator, and the front building doors are too narrow, making it difficult to get through with any bags or luggage. The breakfast ends at 9:30 and the staff is rude. They will remove everything in front of you, even while you are serving yourself or using the item such as the toaster. Also, the eating area is in another room from where we get tge food. They dont refill the toiletries. And the rooms are too tiny to even walk.

Night Staff

The reception desk could have been staffed with a more diplomatic staff.
