Nice hotel rooms, friendly staff and easy check in. The pool and hot tub was pretty gross. Very cloudy and had a smell. The breakfast wasn’t the best, the only hot options were sausages, scrambled eggs and waffles.

staff were on earphones/airpods most of the time. lady that was at the front desk on the morning of Sat Jan 13, 2024 was just plain rude suggesting guests to go back to their room instead of hanging in the lounge area. Hockey kids were noisy till 3am. parents were using the corridors to sit on the floor and have meetings while drinking and eating chips

There was a hockey tournament staying at the same time and we were concerned that we'd miss out on breakfast but the staff kept it well stocked.

The Spa is a scam… everything broke and temperature is terrible. The maid didn’t clean the room. We directly ask her before leaving the hotel.

Well, there where some points that we dislike a lot… the hot hot wasn’t working, the water was totally cold, the breaksfast was the same everyday and we stay for 4 days and no one when to our room to clean and change the towels and refill the shampoo bottles… is this is a condition now because of the lack of employees then I believe we’ve should’ve been informed at the check in.
