Everything was great until bath timePosted Jun 26, 2014
I was staying at the hotel with my nearly two year old. The staff were great and everything was perfect until I gave my daughter a bath. There was hair (nasty black curly short ones) all over the tub and even on the toilet seat! I had to use the towels to clean out the hair before getting the bath going. Gross! At least the breakfast was good.

Basic hotel worth the price/Posted Jun 22, 2014
Pros: Some of the front desk ladies were very friendly and talkative. The last day lady was a grump.
Cons: Sheets were really thin. AC was fairly noisy in my second room but not nearly as bad as the first room.
Location: Not much nearby including places to eat.
My bed was uncomfortable because the mattress cover had not been smoothed and had lumps. I tried to fix it but it would keep bunching up. Also, I had a full container of Pepsi in a cup from a fast food place on top of the table because I had no refrigerator. The maid disposed of the Pepsi while I was out of the room. I had only had one drink out of it. I was moved from my first room because the air conditioner and refrigerator were very, very noisy.

The rooms were small and not sound proof, but the staff was very pleasant. Not pleased that despite the description claiming an exercise room, there is not one. I was told that 'the owner says he is going to put one in'. Not quite the same thing and that was part of the criteria I used in my selection.

Hotel, staff pleasant; room very clean.Posted Jun 13, 2014
Pros: 5 a.m. breakfast!
Location: Very close to restaurants, gas stations, mini-marts, big-box stores.
A nice, inexpensive hotel in an odd location. It's behind a gas station and mini-mart and beside a large overnight semi parking lot. I arrived at 11 pm and it felt a little intimidating. But the parking lot was well-lit, the reception area friendly, and the folks I chatted with at breakfast all very pleasant.

Very acceptable accommodations!Posted Jun 9, 2014
Pros: Our air conditioner/heater unit was one that could be set to maintain a white noise background without irritating shifts of gear.
Cons: For the reasonable price and basic continental breakfast, nothing!
Location: Liked the .5-1 mile distance from downtown which made for a quieter experience than some motels. Essential services, gas and snack foods, next door.
Room provided everything we needed, particularly since we were only there to sleep and then get ready the following morning for daylong activities. Room was clean, well maintained, had the essentials - hair dryer, coffee maker, TV, internet, refrigerator, microwave - with a comfortable bed.

This motel worked out fine for us for one night. Not the best place to stay when you do not have a car. Too far from eating place and sightseeing.

Not satisfied!Posted May 30, 2014
There are truck parking lot and truck gas station on the two sides, a pulp mill on the other side across the Clearwater River, noise was one of th problems to me. The room was very small, a chair could hardly fit intro the space between the desk and bed, nontheless, the bed frame was about wron out, and the toilet seat ring was old and stained that made me felt so sick. I wonder what quality of Days Inn could be like this!

the smell of the paper factory was very powerful and the rooms had a certain "smell" to them

GRANDPARENTS AND AUNT'S STAY BEFORE A GRADUATION!!Posted May 18, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff.
Cons: Perhaps updating the facility.
Location: We didn't do anything nearby as we were in for the night & quickly back out the next morning to get to Moscow, ID, for our granddaughter's graduation.
We were very grateful to find a good place to stay before our granddaughter's graduation from the University of Idaho the next day!! Thank you. We had had a very bad stay at a Day's Inn in Warrensburg, MO, a few years back, and we have steered away from the Day's Inns while traveling since then. This motel gave us a new perspective, and we commend the obviously hard working staff!. We needed a place to stay the night, and this was certainly a good place!

We were in a non-smoking room which smelled terribly of smoke. I would NOT recommend this hotel to friends.
