The room was filthy and shower was not clean.Wayne offered us another room we declined because we were off to work that evening and had already loaded our suitcase’s and gear.To the owners ,you may want to rethink the way you track clean rooms and dirty rooms.It ain’t hard.

Worst hotel experience of my life. The room was filthy. So disgusting that I left without staying. But they charged me almost $400 anyway. Have been calling daily for a week and getting the runaround. A manager never calls me back and the staff at the front desk refuses to give me the phone number for corporate. Very disappointed in this establishment.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed. First night we stayed was in a room that was on a maintenance hold. Lights in the bathroom weren’t even working. The next day we were moved to a new room. The shower leaked and flooded into the main room underneath the bathroom wall.

Staff service was prompt, friendly and welcoming. Enjoyed our three night stay. Property is a little run down and in need of additional repair. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable. Room was quiet and convenient to local shopping dining and WSU.

The room we were put into originally, the hot water in the shower wouldn’t work. So they switched me to a new room. That room, the tv kept cutting out, and the ac was broke. Staff was great and accommodating though.

Dirty Moscow hotel
This place is truly disgusting and beyond run down. Way too expensive for conditions present. I wish I’d have read google reviews before booking it’s all there! Extremely dirty rooms, I was shown 3. So many problems it’s hard to list them all. The floor was filthy, hair in the bed when I pulled it back, stains on tabletops like the rooms are not cleaned just beds made and towels added. The towels and linens were stained, splatter not wiped from walls terrible water pressure and temperatures. The response from the hotel is the same on every review and clearly they change nothing! So gross! I have stayed at many older run down motels over the years but they are at least clean.

Not worth it's lower price.
This hotel needs any sort of updating. The bed is fine but the room is older, as is the bathroom. The shower is like a locker room shower. The door would not open with the card on my first night. On my second night it was not fixed and it didn't work again. I had to wait at 10pm in the snow for the door to be fixed to work with the card. This never should have occurred.

NO HOT WATER!! Left the shower on for 30 min trying to get hot water, never came. This was also never mentioned/shared as possibility. Very dissatisfying. Also, the room was dirty - appeared clean outwardly, but the floor had clearly.not been mopped up for many uses and was disgusting. Beds are hard and linens scratchy. Not much in the way of security on room's sliding window, and very poor lighting inside of room. Overall not an enjoyable experience.

Shower Problem
Only conplaint: water in shower was either cold or almost scolding hot. The lady at the front desk explainwd they were aware of the problem, had the parts to fix it, and appreciated the feed back. Identifying which room would help maintence do the repair.

Check in was fabulous the rooms not so much. From a bathroom light that didn't work except in flashes to dirty sheets in all three rooms not a place we will stay again.

The key cards never worked. We got them changed 6 times. The motel prices are gauging ($350 per night) during parents weekend at WSU. You think at those prices they could put a little effort in making the place a little nicer.

I’m still happy I got the hotel room
I’m still happy I got the hotel room because I felt safe in a new town, but we got a room with a connected door and you could hear everything, a group of about 4 teenage girls just giggling and yelling, very well. Had to get a new room card because they stopped working as well. The internet was great, the staff at the front desk were very nice, the hot cocoa was pretty good.

When we got to our room, the window screen was out of the window because the window was open to air it out. It smelled like a whole can of febreeze was used in it. They put us in a room that had no air conditioning , and also the bed was very uncomfortable , also the the fridge is very small ( the freezer was full of frost so it was hard to put anything in it ) area to hang clothes was very small , and microwave was sitting on top of the fridge and unstable , very noise from the street as well as the dogs barking outside of the room

The shower was like trying to shower with a watering can, very low pressure. Went to grab my towel off the towel bar and it fell off the wall. Floors were dirty. Very crowded room. Lots of deferred maintenance. The only plus was the bed was fairly comfortable.
