You get what you pay for . . .

Pros: Good location, excellent condition, nice amenities.
Cons: Nothing they can control!
Location: Not applicable to me.
The facility is very well maintained with all the amenities I could ask. Since I don't use what I consider incidentals (pool, gym) I don't even know if they have such. The rooms are, well, roomy: coffeemaker, refrigerator, plenty of towels and soap, and the beds are as comfortable as you could expect. If you are pampered and picky, you might not give the fifth star. The free, automatic, make whatever kind of coffee you want espresso machine at the registration desk was the capper! (Grin) a very good place to rest your weary head for a night or a week.

Pros: People
I specifically looked for a place with a pool and continental breakfast. The pool was across the street and not breakfast

A nice place to stay, when you need to get away.

Pros: The staff. The coffee. The comfy lobby areas.
Cons: Our bed was awfully firm/hard. We would really like an in the building, working jacuzzi.
Location: Lewiston, ID. Snake River, rafting, boating, fishing, camping, hiking, picnics, scenic drives.Sue
While we were somewhat disappointed that the pool was not functioning and the jacuzzi was clear across the parking lot, they upgraded our room to an executive suite, and it made a brief get away even better. The staff were very polite and friendly. Surely there are times when the place is hopping with meetings, conventions and special guests, but we were fortunate to be there on an exceptionally quiet weekend, and it made our visit a quiet restful one. We accidentally forgot a special item when we left, but they mailed it to us the very next day!

Location: We stayed during the Christmas season, so we had a great view of the Christmas lights in the railroad park.
Older hotel, yet well maintained. Clean, comfortable room, easily accessible location.

Rachel at the front desk & Dayle at The Exchange were the absolute best, very helpful and customer service was amazing. Rooms were great, priced very reasonable. I was there on business so wifi has to be great and it was... This location is central and walking distance to many restaurants.
