“Loud Rooms, Bad Service”

Hot tub was lukewarm, pool was freezing, and staff was unhelpful and even rude! Our toilet ran constantly, and there were stains on the blankets. We heard every hallway sound and had to purchase a loud box fan for white noise so we could sleep.

“Very impressed”

The hotel exceeded all of my expectations. Everyone that I encountered was very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to housekeeping. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room for me, my husband and our four kids. It was very clean and the breakfast was good too.

“DIRTY”

This hotel was dirty! The breakfast (if you could call it that) was horrible. Everything was old, stale or out of stock. They didn't even have coffee available. Finally when a pot was brewed at the urging of many hotel patrons it came out smelling like hot mildew. It was disgusting. I would never stay here again, EVER!!

“Would return”

Booked at last minute. Got room I booked. Nice clean room. Quite. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

“Very good experience”

Comfort Inn at Lewisville is located near the intersection of I35E and 121. There are several (6+) new or relatively new hotels located with a couple of blocks of each other at this location. We travel to this area to visit family several times each year and have stayed in two other hotels. Comfort Inn was the cleanest and most comfortable of the three. It is also the newest of those three. We stayed over a weekend and I would estimate that less than 1/2 of the rooms were occupied. Consequently, it was very clean, quiet, and laid back. The only negatives are that it is difficult to find (even with a GPS) as there is another hotel between it and the street. (A sign on the street would be a nice touch). And the complimentary breakfast was typical of that type of breakfast---oatmeal, cereal, toast, juices, waffles, milk, doughnuts, and scrambled eggs. I was not displeased, but I always have dreams of finding something exceptional. Price was very agreeable for the experience. I will stay there again.

“Great hotel for the money.”

The hotel was easy to find and in a great location. Very close to the mall and lots of restaurants. They had a luggage cart ready to use and an elevator which made our arrival easy. The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was comfortable and accomodating. Every morning they had a GREAT continental breakfast (lots of variety, hot and cold). The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and nice. House keeping was friendly. No issues! Very satisfied.

“Decent Hotel”

The hotel was decent and everything was smooth from check in to check out. The complementary continental breakfast was really good and all my family enjoyed it.

“Was fair/good stay”

the hotel staff was very warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet could have used some variety as it was the same thing day after day, but it was good food. The swimming pool had something wrong with its drainage system as it didn't want to drain the splash over very well and had standing water around the edges of the pool a few inches deep. The beds were good. There was a cracked lamp shade in the room that looked as if someone had hit it. there was hair in the bathroom when we arrived. It didn't look like someone had cleaned very well. the chairs and stuff in the room were comfortable.

“I would stay there again”

As listed earlier, my experince was great with this location. I would not hesitate to return again.
