“Good Hotel”

This is a very nice hotel, but for me, very difficult to find.

Beds were comfortable and the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping.

“Decent Hotel”

The hotel was decent and everything was smooth from check in to check out. The complementary continental breakfast was really good and all my family enjoyed it.

the hotel staff was very warm and welcoming. The breakfast buffet could have used some variety as it was the same thing day after day, but it was good food. The swimming pool had something wrong with its drainage system as it didn't want to drain the splash over very well and had standing water around the edges of the pool a few inches deep. The beds were good. There was a cracked lamp shade in the room that looked as if someone had hit it. there was hair in the bathroom when we arrived. It didn't look like someone had cleaned very well. the chairs and stuff in the room were comfortable.

Booked at last minute. Got room I booked. Nice clean room. Quite. Breakfast was good. Would stay again.

“Loud Rooms, Bad Service”

Hot tub was lukewarm, pool was freezing, and staff was unhelpful and even rude! Our toilet ran constantly, and there were stains on the blankets. We heard every hallway sound and had to purchase a loud box fan for white noise so we could sleep.

“Extremely average”

There just really wasn't anything that made this hotel stand out. It wasn't bad, it wasn't great. The WI-FI internet connection did work quite well.

“DIRTY”

This hotel was dirty! The breakfast (if you could call it that) was horrible. Everything was old, stale or out of stock. They didn't even have coffee available. Finally when a pot was brewed at the urging of many hotel patrons it came out smelling like hot mildew. It was disgusting. I would never stay here again, EVER!!
