Incidental Charges

The hotel was wonderful, very clean and great location. The only issue I ran into was the $100.00 dollar incidental charge at check in for two nights. I'm not sure if it was at fault of Hotel.com or the the hotel itself. It didn't specify how much would be taken out. We didn't mind paying it for a nice hotel but we wouldn't see that money again until three business days after checkout. Great hotel, just need to outline all details on this site.

Loved everything about the hotel and the room except that someone dropped the ball on cleaning the bathroom. They gave me a free night to make up for it.

STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY

I HAD JUST HAD OUT PATIENT SURGERY AND NEEDED THE DRESSER THE TV SAT ON MOVED SO I COULD SEE IT AS I COULDNT MOVE AROUND TOO MUCH, THEY CAME RIGHT UP AND MOVED IT. I RAN OUT OF COFFEE IN MY ROOM AND ASK FOR MORE AND AGAIN THEY CAME RIGHT UP AND BROUGHT ME SEVERAL PACKS. THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE ON MY BACK (WHICH IS WHAT I HAD MY SURGERY ON). THE BEDDING WAS VERY SOFT AND NICE TO LAY ON, PILLOWS WERE JUST AS COMFY.

Service Poor!

We arrived 30min before check-in time & was told to be back at 3p since the room was not ready. When we came back at 3pm we were informed that they had no rooms available and they were trying to locate another hotel 10min away. This was from the assistant manager. We were shocked and tried to explain that we had already checked in and left our credit card with them. She proceeded to making our keys, with no apology and handed it to us. We weren't sure if she was caught in a lie, that she forgot her customer service skills or just her!! The next day we tried to get a late check-out and they flat out said no! Which hotel in this time does not offer that?? They had the nerve to ask how our stay was?? Not staying there again.
