Looking for GREAT customer service, clean place to rest and in an area just right? Fairfield Inn is just the right plsce when in Lewisville. We spend three night there and we just wont stay anywhere else if we had to visit Lewisville again. CLEAN was the main and more significant requirement for us and they met the standards by far. The conviniance of the mall at walking distance was just the icing on the cake.

All-in-all great stay. Great indoor pool & hot tub. Great staff. Complimentary breakfast a little weaker than other Fairfields. (ran out early and had no waffle makers)

Late arrival because of flight delay. Called to be sure room would still be thee, clerk was very pleasant. Room was very pleasant,clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good both mornings, nice variety.

“Disappointed "The first time for a marriott"”

We stayed for two nights the first night was ok. However, after a long day the following day we were expecting a clean room we opened our door and NOTHING had been cleaned. There were no clean towels, no soap, unmade bed, trash overflowing as we previously had cleaned our car trash out, and all we got was an apology. No comps, extra night, not even soap. We did however, get towels. The manager showed us where the maid service had signed off on cleaning our room but the proof was in the room and it has been documented at the hotel. I guess that was supposed to make me feel better that she knew how to sign her name.
