Beautiful and we got a great price on special

Posted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Everything.
The hotel was very beautiful. The staff was very courteous. When we checked out we drove about an hour and I remembered that I had left something in the room. I called because it was important things. Housekeeping went to check and it was there and they are going to mail it back to me. Ashley was the one who helped me and was very nice.

Good stay!

Posted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: Staff and cleanliness
Cons: Walls are too thin and make sure the appliances work.
Location: I was located right behind the vista ridge mall in lewisville Texas. Everything was within minutes without major traffic.
Everything was beautiful, nice staff but the coffee maker didn't work and the walls are super thin. I could hear other conversation. I love coffee and couldn't make my own cup and my floor was super loud! They do offer free coffee at the front desk so I lived. Other than that, everything was great!! I do recommend this stay just try to get a quiter floor.

Excellent hotel; lackluster pool

Great hotel; however, if you plan on swimming, be aware that the whole lobby will be watching you as it is situated right in the front of the hotel behind ceiling to floor windows.

Prctically perfect in every way

Posted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: the very friendly and helpful staff, the comfortable rooms
Cons: not much
Location: Close to the airport, dining, major highways, and shopping. The Grapevine Mills Mall is 10 mins away.
This hotel was conveniently located to everything we needed on this trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The restaurant food was good and the wait staff was very friendly. The only thing I could say negative is that the pool was not very clean, but I suspect that was due to the previous day's storms.

Going the extra mile

Posted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: Professional and friendly
All aspects of our stay were great. We flew in from Vancouver and had an excellent night at the hotel. Our RV had been in storage and the hotel limo dropped us off the next morning. The prompt and courteous limo drive gave us his card. It was the general manager who dropped us off. Great service. Great hotel.

PLACE TO STAY WHILE VISITING GRANDMA

Posted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: Staff is attentive and proffesional .
Cons: Sound proofing the walls, and softer beds
Hotel is convenient to everything in the Lewisville / DFW area. We have stayed at all of the competitors hotels, and this is the better of them all. Can be pricey if you do not book in advance and there are no tournaments going on during a weekend. There was a wedding party the 2nd night with some of their guests next door who were parting into the morning hours. With the walls not being very sound proof, had to call the front desk and they addressed the issue quickly. The beds are very firm. It took awhile to get the A/C regulated to the desired temperature

Nice hotel for the cost

Posted Jun 23, 2014
My wife and I found this hotel at a great price and thought we would give it a shot. Turned out to be one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at. The staff was very courteous, breakfast was delicious. (it cost $10.00 but it was worth every penny. If we are ever in the area, we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and comfortable

Posted Jun 18, 2014
Pros: Our room was spacious and the king sized bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast should be included!!!
Location: Traffic is terrible and there are large, confusing highways to navigate through. Keep a GPS on at all times!
I enjoyed our very short hotel stay, but thought that breakfast was extremely expensive.
