Prctically perfect in every wayPosted Jul 20, 2014
Pros: the very friendly and helpful staff, the comfortable rooms
Cons: not much
Location: Close to the airport, dining, major highways, and shopping. The Grapevine Mills Mall is 10 mins away.
This hotel was conveniently located to everything we needed on this trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The restaurant food was good and the wait staff was very friendly. The only thing I could say negative is that the pool was not very clean, but I suspect that was due to the previous day's storms.

Going the extra milePosted Jul 12, 2014
Pros: Professional and friendly
All aspects of our stay were great. We flew in from Vancouver and had an excellent night at the hotel. Our RV had been in storage and the hotel limo dropped us off the next morning. The prompt and courteous limo drive gave us his card. It was the general manager who dropped us off. Great service. Great hotel.

PLACE TO STAY WHILE VISITING GRANDMAPosted Jul 8, 2014
Pros: Staff is attentive and proffesional .
Cons: Sound proofing the walls, and softer beds
Hotel is convenient to everything in the Lewisville / DFW area. We have stayed at all of the competitors hotels, and this is the better of them all. Can be pricey if you do not book in advance and there are no tournaments going on during a weekend. There was a wedding party the 2nd night with some of their guests next door who were parting into the morning hours. With the walls not being very sound proof, had to call the front desk and they addressed the issue quickly. The beds are very firm. It took awhile to get the A/C regulated to the desired temperature

Nice hotel for the costPosted Jun 23, 2014
My wife and I found this hotel at a great price and thought we would give it a shot. Turned out to be one of the nicer hotels I have stayed at. The staff was very courteous, breakfast was delicious. (it cost $10.00 but it was worth every penny. If we are ever in the area, we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful and comfortablePosted Jun 18, 2014
Pros: Our room was spacious and the king sized bed was very comfortable.
Cons: Breakfast should be included!!!
Location: Traffic is terrible and there are large, confusing highways to navigate through. Keep a GPS on at all times!
I enjoyed our very short hotel stay, but thought that breakfast was extremely expensive.

Great experience- excellent setup, the bar open at night is a nice touch, and the outdoor facilities are very family-oriented.

Staff very friendly.Posted May 24, 2014
Pros: The price was pretty reasonable. It does have a pool and hot tub, but it was too windy for us to use it. The garden patio was a nice place to sit.
Cons: Breakfast buffet and waiter/service.
Location: This wasn't really near where we wanted to be, but the price was worth the distance.
Staff very friendly and accommodating. We purchased the breakfast, which was $9.95 per person. The waiter was not very efficient and most the food was cold. We did order an omelet and it was hot off the grill, but very small. I did tell them at checkout that the breakfast buffet was less than desirable, but never did get any sort of compensation or offer. Did receive "I'm sorry". The beds were comfortable, but small. Seemed more like full sized. They are like a sleep number bed, but we were given incorrect directions at check in on how to change the mattress firmness/softness. We were told the opposite at check out as to what we were suppose to do to change the settings. Price was reasonable, considering it's a Hilton. The garden patio was a nice area to sit and visit after breakfast.
