Pros: The price and the bed was very comfortable.
Cons: This place is in desperate need of a make over and a good, thorough cleaning and airing out. The breakfast was pitiful.
Location: We were basically driving through and didn't care what was nearby but I believe there was a lot available to do. The neighborhood was fine.
We were not expecting a lot from this hotel, as it was only $55 per night but figured it would be fine for a stopover on our way south. The desk clerks appeared irritated by the fact we were there. Neither of them greeted us in any manner. The lobby area wreaked of some awful room freshener which took my breath away. The room was quite spacious but very dark and smelled as if it had been closed up for a long time. For a non smoking room, it smelled suspiciously like stale old smoke which was disguised with gross air freshener.

Bluegrass Basic

Posted Apr 21, 2015
Pros: Price, location.
Cons: Tiny toilet in the bathroom. I'm a big guy. It was problematic.
Location: Frankfort is Kentucky's capital, a beautiful little city in the heart of the Bluegrass. Louisville is 55 miles west, Lexington is 22 miles east.
This is a great spot for a basic overnight stay. No frills, no problems, and easy access to places in central Kentucky.

Not bad for the price

My wife and me were traveling and needed a place for the evening. We were sceptical because of the price, pretty inexpensive but it scored above average,we gave it a shot .Looked a little dated but Turned out pretty good, would stay again.

nice hotel if you just need somewhere to sleep

Pros: the price and convenient to the event I attended
the security bolt was broken off door and had to slam to get door to close. showered on Saturday when the staff cleaned the room did not replace the shampoo or soap. the blanket on the bed had several large burn holes from cigarettes. at 7:00 am the smoke alarm started to chirp, worked on for about 2 hours before I could get it to stop. when I mentioned at check out the staff member was not very receptive expect to say me would look into. have stayed previously and did not have any problems .

Perfectly adequate

Not a palace, but perfectly acceptable low-cost motel. It's clean, but old and well-worn. Free wifi, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer. Nice tv. Good value for money.
