Unexpectedly BAD!!!
Overall condition of property was *very* poor -- hallways smelled of smoke, room was musty/moldy smelling, security latch broken off door, no security locks on outside hallway doors, pool not accessible, ice-maker broken, etc, etc. Hotel and rooms looked nothing like your photos. Immediately adjacent to highway (noisy) and several gentlemen's clubs. Main clientele appeared to be truck drivers. Not what I expected for a property billed as a "conference center".

Just passing through so was only there to sleep a few hours. But the beds had no blankets, only really old, thin sheets. They were able to get me a small blanket when I asked, but not a very comfortable night sleep

Horrible night. Loud couple fighting, yelling, slamming doors from 2 AM to 4AM. Apparently had a gun. Police called. Front desk admitted they knew person(s). No compensation offered for horrible lack of security and sleep. Stay away from this place.

Older hotel but being updated. Pool area nice. outside doors leading to room access hallway had notices on them to please close doors completely. this was not being done. so safety was an issue. on first arrival to room, our key wouldn't work. a maintenance man working down the hall promptly noticed and assisted us immediately, a big thank you to him!

Room was old. Smelled old. We went and ask for lysol. Bug were in light covers. Curtains were broken and hard to close. Could not print boarding passes because printer was out of ink. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

OK Hotel
The hotel was average. The room was ok, but not super clean. The staff were friendly. It was an off the highway type hotel and it worked for my purposes. Was not there very much.

Outside doors didnt lock. Carpet was stained & dirty. Didnt do our room on day 2. No toiletries, luckily i had extra in my bag. Towels were rough thin & gray. Didnt replace the coffee supplies. OJ was AWEFUL, bacon & sausage were dripping in grease.

Not worth your money
Room was dirty, not maintained, extremely overpriced. The lobby was nice. The room not so much. Hallway and room smelled of passed gas. Cobwebs all over the ceiling. Furniture was in poor shape. The paint was unmatched. Bathroom was gross and barely lit. Trim falling away fromthe wall. Ac shut off somewhere in the mid 70s. If this room was priced at$80 i would have been disappointed so at 175 i was furious. Was there for 10 minutes. Checked in, seen room, checked out. Waste of money waste of time. I will never stay at a Clarion again.

Good value hotel near the Interstate.
Comfortable and good value. Good restaurants about 5-8 miles away, which is a bit much after a days drive on the Interstate. Typical motel, indoor pool; only 5 foot deep but had it mostly to myself for a couple of afternoon hours.

The pool area was under maintenece but was still open. Seemed a little dirty. The gym area was very small. Overall the hotel did not feel like it was the cleanest. No bedbugs in the room. Small stain on one of the mattresses. Breakfast was decent. Hotel restaurant and bar had different hours than were advertised.

The staff was terrific! Friendly and helpful! The first impression of the room was great and honestly the room was clean and well appointed. However it was s cool night so I tried to turn on the heater and was concerned about the fact that the cord had been capped and taped. A picture is attached. Were it not for that, I’d have given the facilities 5 stars.

I will never stay here again
Long story short we stay 5 days 4 nights and our room was only cleaned 1 time. We complained over and over nothing changed. It's old the building and rooms/hallways need updating. You'd do better booking with the Laquinta inn across the street, this was my first and last time staying at Clarion.

Won’t be back
No light bulbs in the lamps, no batteries in the remote control for tv, no shower head on shower. Hot tub was shut down for VIP people only. Definitely wasn’t pleased.

Not the greatest hotel
We booked one night as a rest from a long trip. Pool was okay, but the hot tub and restrooms in the pool area were out of order. Our room was dirty and had a hole in the wall. Our friends room had a door that didnt lock properly. Our toilet didnt work properly. There is also a gentlemans club directly across the street and a lot of activity in the halls all night. The only great thing about our stay was the breakfast in the morning. There were a lot of options.

Nice hotel close to highways and downtown
Clean rooms, spacious, free-breakfast, on-site Bennigans; two swimming pools, one outdoors. Hotel is right off I-75, so it makes getting to places in and around Lexington very convenient

The hotel was in awful condition.
All pictures on line are not real time. Extremely damaged. Holes in walls pool area dirty rusty broke gate bathrooms not in service. Rooms were patched up. Awful unkept hotel.

Stayed at this hotel recently with my wife and two kids. When i walked into the elevator there was food on the floor that I assume came from the Bennigans restaurant that was on the first floor. There was a huge gap in the door to the room to the point where you could see the hallway and a soft kick could break through the door. Everything in the room seemed clean, but my sister-in-law who was staying in a different room said that they had to upgrade her room because the room they gave her wasn't cleaned. I will make sure that I never stay at this hotel again.

Spring Break
We stayed 5 nights. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We did have to ask for refreshed towels every other day since they didn't come in while we were out. Good location to downtown Lexington. Easy drive. The Bennigan's downstairs was a mess though. All taps were flat, very few can/bottle beers available. Some staffing issues we were told. I believe it is independent of the hotel...but having a restaurant/bar is something I look for when I book a hotel...for the ease of a late dinner or a relaxing drink after a busy day.

Never again - 3 stars?? Pool was over chlorinated and room smelled like chemicals. no way to open the window and we are on the ground floor. Leaks in the breakfast room ceiling. This place looks like it was a rundown motel that was converted into a 'Hotel'.

My room was downstairs and the blinds were white see through you could see in the room. It was very uneasy.

Tv didn’t work we called front desk said they would send someone and never did we finally went to bed! The next morning went to breakfast they had run out of everything we went to McDonald’s.

Just passing through
We were just passing through the area on our way back home. The check in staff was very slow, but friendly. Thought it was pricy for the condition of the hotel. Would not recommend the Bennigans restaurant. Service was beyond slow there.

Worst Hotel I’ve Ever Stayed At
The facilities leave something to be desired! So many things were worn down or broken. The lights near the bed has a short in them. The handle on the faucet would fall off. The drop tile ceiling was covered in water marks. The gate to the pool fence was so rusted and warped, it wouldn’t open. There’s yellow police caution tape over both of the bathroom doors in the pool area and one across the entrance to the hot tub. I could go on and on and on. We tried to get some dinner at the Bennigan’s restaurant at 8pm last night but the doors were locked and I was told they are no longer serving food because the chef just quit. There’s a strip club at the entrance of the hotel. The front desk manager woke us up at midnight by knocking aggressively on the door just to confirm the name of the guests staying in the room. I mean it just doesn’t end! The only saving grace was that the place was clean.

Worse Stay I Ever Had In A Clarion Hotel
It wasn't what I expected from a Clarion. I arrived early and no rooms were ready so I left and came back around 3:45 and was told there still wasn't any rooms ready. Finally after about 10 minutes they got a room. The next day we were out until 4:00 and returned to our room and no housekeeping had shown up yet. Finally at 7PM we went to the front desk and asked them for towels, soap and coffee. We were skipped that day. The entire time we were there the hot tub wasn't working. I did try the pool and the waster was cloudy and seems dirty. There were no pool towels there and the bathrooms were closed.

beautiful room but no time to swim
We had difficulty finding the hotel . The room was spacious and clean. Restaurant in the same building was excellent, good food, service and atmosphere. Breakfast was great ....hot and filling. Best coffee we'd had all week !!!! smell in elevator was nauseating ( they had cleaned up a mess ) yuk
