We were placed in a room directly across from the only working ice machine and the elevator. It was a handicap accessible room we did not require. The pool access was one door down. Noisy and no sleep. Broken shower head that was never fixed during our 4 night stay. The manager was unwilling to relocate our room. She was very rude.

The room key didnt work on the pool area i asked the front desk about it he said nobodys will work but he has a key and the part where you scan the card was hanging off the wall, i had 6 outlets in my room and only 2 worked, the chair in my room has a very weak arm it was just dangeling on there, and i kept hearong pounding noises like someone hitting metal. The breakfast was not good the sausage was burnt only one person cookomg and setting food out, the eggs tasted so watery omly good thing was the coffee and waffle machine, and had a friend stay there as well and i paid so much more money that she did and only becuase i went through expedia never again will i do that!

In need of updating but for the price it was adequate. Pretty sure the bottle of conditioner and lotion was opened and used. The pool entrance being right in the main entrance to the lobby and elevators was a little weird and was a major slipping hazard. Overall a decent stay.

The hotel was clean & convenient with several restaurants nearby. Our room was clean & comfortable. The blow dryer in our room did not work. I called front desk to have one brought up, but was told they didn't have one since they're attached to the wall. They said they could send maintenance. By that time my hair would be dry. (Other places we've stayed have a spare blow dryer on hand for these issues.)

Room was very spacious and clean the bed was comfy. The only down fall was the TV had to be on 50 to hear it and when you did it sounded like a radio.

I liked that there was an indoor pool, although the pool room could have been a little bit warmer. The temperature of the water was fine but it was dreaded to get out of the water because it seemed really cold to me. Other than that everything was fantastic!

The hotel is run down. I had to kill roaches, and the place could use a complete renovation. The doors are not solid. The housekeeper is nice. The male at front desk is nice and that’s it. The washer is broken but the dryer works. They do not have weights and the gym is a tiny room.

The staff was friendly enough but the cleanliness of the rooms was unfortunately terrible. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned at all. There was hair in the tub and all over the floor so you could tell it had not been vacuumed. I could write my name in the dust where the toilet paper was sitting. Which tells me it had not been cleaned in a while. There was also toothpaste smashed all over the counter. There was mold in the bathroom which I believe was from a leaky pipe which I think they were addressing. The price of the room was good for just one night but the cleaning staff really needs to be addressed because I probably wouldn’t stay there again because of that reason alone. I seriously wondered if the sheets had even been changed only because the bathroom was so filthy.

Good Basic room with awesome staff
Basic chain hotel about 20 minutes from Downtown. We came into town for a concert and was running behind due to an accident on the way. The desk clerk, Stephanie took time out to recommend a cab company that worked out perfectly. Facility was a little worn but clean. Ate breakfast at a Waffle House that was very very close but the breakfast there looked good. Price was phenomenal compared to Downtown prices.

Convenient location with several restaurants nearby. Looks like an older hotel but clean & kept up well. We ended up on 1st flr in a handicap accessible room although we didn't request that. Was afraid it would get noise from entrance area but we didn't. Room was comfortable. Free breakfast was pretty good. Included waffle maker, biscuits, gravy, eggs, etc. Great price.

Easy check in; conveniently located. Bed was comfortable. Not maintained well. Room had cracked and peeling wallpaper, outlets that didn’t work, musty smell. Not up to a standard we expected.

It's an okay hotel. It feels dirty, becuase the rooms need to be painted desperatly. Staff was easy to work with, but overall the hotel just needs a little love. Not dirty, just feels dirty becuase the walls had pait comming off, and the bathroom floor was cracked.

Nice hotel for the price
The hotel was very nice and the room was clean. The odd numbered rooms face the busy street so if you’re able to get an even room number for less noise.

Not all bad
Could have been a little cleaner. Door to room was horribly hard to open and close. Shower head was horrible too. House keeping came in 2 times in 4 day and just took some dirty towels and one time made bed. Free breakfast was good until I found little bugs in my coffee. I know it happens , so I give it a pass, lol The area is nice and in a good location. Staff were friendly and polite.For the price it was good.

Overall, great experience.
Took our grandkids for an overnight for fall break. They LOVED the pool. Our room was spacious. Everything was spic and span clean. Loved the pillows and bedding. The breakfast was included, and was delicious with lots of options. Coffee was exceptionally good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall condition of the hotel was very good, however, our box springs were very squeaky, and the bathroom was in need of some repair/updates.
