“left a bag-they offered to mail to me”

stay there when i visit my son and family there, great place to stay, in a hurry to get to christmas program-grandchildren-left my hanging bag, did not miss it until 5 hrs away at home-called and they had it-my family there were able to pick it up for me, but hotel offered to mail it. great experience!!!

“Great Hotel!”

We loved this hotel...very clean, the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The staff was friendly and we would definitely stay here again.

“Ant hotel”

Ants in the room. Ants on the breakfast table in the dining room. Holes in the sheet. After I complained, the sheet was changed. Ants were still there. 2nd night the ants were worse. Complained again. The front desk then acted and ants were gone. Beds are below average with a strange bed pad. Hallways were very hot and muggy. Will not stay there again.

“Great hotel!”

The hotel was easy to find, easy access and staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean and neat, and updated. Beds were wonderful, wanted to take them home with us. Only complaint was size of pool, chilliness of room the pool was in. We tried to enjoy a swim but it was too cold and too many young people who were noisy and splashing to go in. But we definitely would go back here and recommend it for the stay.

Area recommendations

We enjoyed Georgetown and Midway. Loved the history in Frankfort and toured "Old Friends Retirement Farm" in Georgetown, the Rebecca-Ruth Candy tour in Frankfort and the Woodford Reserve Distillery. Beautiful scenery with all the horse farms and wonderful at all the out of the way, local restaurants.

Fava in Georgetown, great catfish. Book Cafe in Midway, great breakfast. Darlin'Jeans Apple Cobbler Cafe in Midway, great "Hot Brown" and Potato Salad...all had good sweet tea, and service.

“Great hotel in Georgetown, KY”

Hotel was great. Would have been better had the glasses been changed or cleaned every day. Area is nice, but availability of resturants a little lacking.

“Very convenient to the Kentucky Horse Park”

This is a nice hotel that is only 6 miles from the Kentucky Horse Park. The room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not included, unfortunately, but overall my visit was very satisfactory.

Room was big, clean, well laid out, with standard features. Did not have a tub - shower only. Did not have complimentary breakfast.

“Beth Moore Event”

The only downside was no breakfast bar. We have become so used to this feature that we didn't even check. It was inconvenient to have to grab a carry out breakfast of fast food.

“Nice.”

Except for the dust on top of the entertainment center - I'm 6' 6" and usually have a different view than most people -, the room was perfect. We had a very pleasent stay.
