Nice room and facilities but if you need their assistance it is terrible. Awful customer service both locally and at corporate level.

Don't go there

Pros: Newer hotel
Cons: New Managers needed
Hotel management is very professional They end up charging extras I stay at a lot of hotels many of them holiday inns this is the first one that was this bad O if you work for Toyota don't stay there. They charged the Toyota guy I was traveling with double and would not give him his money back Hotel needs new management

Great overnight stop on way south to Florida

Appeared to be new building or very well re-furbished. Clean, modern, well appointed rooms. Friendly staff. Quiet, well off the highway. Recommend O'Charlies for dinner - very close by.

Friendly hotel in the Bluegrass

The reception staff are so friendly. The person who checked me in was alone and busy helping me and managing the phones. My key card didn't work when I got to my room. When I went back to have her correct it, she was so apologetic and just added some IHG points to my account. Not really necessary but so thoughtful.

Clean hotel with plenty of extras

Location: Location is great. Plenty of restaurants around. Easy to find
I stayed at the hotel and met a couple of my colleagues at different times during my stay. The lobby and breakfast areas were ideal for these meetings. The room was clean and well taken care of. They also let me check in early.

Convenient I-75 stop

Pros: Comfortable bed.
Location: Gas station, Starbucks, and I-75 are very close by.
This hotel was a clean, comfortable, and convenient stop for our family as we travelled from Florida to Michigan. We will return!

Great Place to Stay

Pros: Just about everything about the stay, including the swimming pool. The staff was the best we've encountered, in Georgetown and around the country.
Cons: Nothing that we noticed.
Location: Very convenient to the Interstate and to northeast Georgetown.
The staff, including manager, cleaning crew, breakfast attendant, gave us excellent service. Personal, responsive, friendly, and conscientious. They all knew their jobs and worked as a team, showing respect for guests and for each other. We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to our friends and family.
