“Richmond's fantastic hotel”

I found nothing negative about the hotel. The refreshments, popcorn and cookies were a nice touch. The friendly staff and the clean comfortable room made our stay perfect.

“A Horse is Not Always a Horse!”

This hotel was definitely a pleasure to stay in. In the title I am trying to say that all "horses" are not the same and neither are all hotels. This hotel would win the local Kentucky Derby of Holiday Inn Express hotels and any other chains.

“Lovely stay in Richmond”

My parents and I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Richmond while visiting my sister at EKU. I was really pleased with our stay, particularly the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff - at front desk, housekeeping, and particularly the maintainence man who brought us an additional chair. Breakfast was much more than I expected for the price of the room, and the popcorn in the lobby was a nice touch. The only suggestion I have is for a few more additions to the fitness room. I really appreciated having the treadmill since the area has heavy traffic and is not suitable for running, but a few more hand weights of different sizes would be nice. We'll be back at the Holiday Inn next time we're in town!

“Great Weekend Stay”

The room was very clean and the bathroom very modern with a granite topped vanity. . Breakfast was tasty and there were several choices. They even had cookies and popcorn for an afternoon snack when we checked in. The staff was very friendly. I went to the front desk to ask for more towels and they gave them to me right there fresh out of the dryer! I would definitely stay there again.

“Expectations! Met!”

I was in the area to see family that I had come in for the football game. I got in late but everyone was so helpful since I was so tired and just wanted to go to bed. If I had had my dogs with me it would have been just like home. The bathroom reminded me of a spa with all the towels nice and white along with with bed all made up with pillows that acuatly said firm and soft who would have thought of that and extras all over the room and blankets. At other hotels there was all types of noise at all hours but the room I had was quiet which was so nice and made it easy to get comfortable and sleep or relax. I will definetly stay at another Holiday Inn Express just maybe closer to family so that I would not have to drive as far. I did not ask if they could get me in one closer to family so I don't know if that would have been possible as I did not ask. I would recommend this hotel or other Holdiay Inn Express to anyone.

“Very well done”

This hotel was fairly new, clean and well designed. Bathroom was exceptionally well done with enough room to turn around. Also a nice vanity with storage shelfs under the sink to place items. Easy access to interstate and friendly staff.

“Wonderful full hot breakfast”

We stayed for a Marriage Conference at a local church. We did not know the town but the hotel was one of the recommendations of the host site for the conference. We were very pleased with the new, clean room and the condition of the hotel. The full hot breakfast was a welcome surprise. We would definitely stay again.
